A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Spacious bright ground floor studio located on the river Rhine in Oud Leiderdorp. Close to Leiden and Amsterdam, the beaches of Noordwijk, Katwijk, and the flowers of the Keukenhof. In a fine weather, you can enjoy the morning sun directly on the water with a fresh cup of coffee. The studio is completely independent with private access, a very complete kitchen , a good bed, and a spacious bathroom. Free bicycles are included, the way to transport yourself in the Netherlands!

There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer.
