Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s no television or WiFi, just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continental breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER.

This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Bridget's is a little two story cottage right beside our main house. It has two bedrooms; a double room on the ground floor and a twin room on the first floor. It has a spacious kitchen which has all the amenities guests should need during their stay. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower. The historic Donegal Town Centre is only a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk. We have Lidl Supermarket and Supermacs and Papa Johns Pizza less than a 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk. The Town has everything that visitors require i.e. Restaurants, Entertainment, walks & tours of surrounding areas. A good base to explore the Wild Atlantic Way. The check in time is between 4pm and 7pm. Check out time is 11am. We need to know an estimated time of arrival please.

The place is a gem. The surroundings are very beautiful, it is very well kept, tidy and original. A cozy little find. The Llamas are the cutest thing ever and the couple are respectful and friendly. A 5 min drive restaurant with breathtaking views. Is all worth the visit and stay!!

I give Home in the heart of Donegal Town an A+++! Sheila was an amazing host that provided everything you could need in a home away from home. Her place is exactly what the pictures show including a lovely back yard space and a line to hang your wash to dry. The home is located in a quiet part of town. There is parking for your car and it’s just a 5 min. walk to the center of town. I would highly recommend Sheila’s place. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were super happy with this home! It had 2 1/2 baths and 2 bedrooms downstairs, plus 2 single beds upstairs, a separate living room and kitchen so sleepers would not be disturbed. The wi-fi is high speed, communication was great with Frank, and it took less than 10 minutes to get to Donegal. Also worth noting; this is a good place to stay for those of us with allergies, as it is a newer home with tile floors and none of the mustiness of the older farmhouses. We will stay there again next time we are back - great home

A beautiful place to stay to explore the best of Donegal! The house is super clean, incredibly comfortable and well equipped! Sonia was a wonderful host, quick to respond and answer any questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!
