Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common room are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders on the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop wonderfully and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 min away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 min by public transport.

Martine's pretty little cottage is located on an idyllic campsite, directly on a lake. There are great seating options right on the lake, as well as a really nice restaurant with a large terrace from which you can overlook everything. There were four of us in the vacation home and we felt very comfortable. Martine welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. The space for us was more than sufficient. We found everything we needed in the house. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Martin's place. Everything was as the photo's showed. Martin responded to all my questions and was very helpful and flexible for us.

We had a very pleasant stay, in a neat accommodation and beautiful surroundings. A place where you can "de-stress" completely. Chantal and Simon are very friendly hostess/gentleman who clearly went out of their way to make the guests happy. We have been able to explore the area several times and also enjoyed restaurants in the immediate area. As far as we are concerned, recommended and if the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back again. And oh yes, the wine, a personal product of Chantal and Simon, tastes fine according to my wife (I am not a connoisseur😉).

Nice and cozy house with a farm-like atmosphere. We definitely felt at home. It has a very nice large garden. The neighbors' horses walked around the lawn opposite the garden. So we had a good view of the beautiful horses. The house has stylish furniture and the smoke is nice throughout the stay. The coffee was delicious! Everything was clean. The beds were nice. The house is close to an industrial area, so trucks drive by early in the morning, but with the window closed, we had little trouble! The thrift store around the corner is nice and Leek is also a very cozy village further down the road. It is close to Groningen. This cottage is definitely recommended!
