Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The studio has a wood burner, central heating & shared patio.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Very close to Principality Stadium, Cardiff City Stadium, Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Bay, Swalec Stadium, Bike Park Wales, Beacons, beaches. The coach house is a minute’s walk to Victoria Park, which has it’s very own splash park and International Volley Ball Centre. There are lovely coffee shops, delis, restaurants very near offering artisan cakes, bread and fine dining

The WiFi is everywhere and very fast. Please note that due to the individual nature of the building, all studios are different so we cannot guarantee any particular one will be assigned to you.
