Large house with 2 apartments absolutely not overlooked, the construction dates from 2012, 4X9 swimming pool exclusively reserved for the 2 rentals and heated in low season, all comforts, each room air-conditioned. Possibility of no longer using a means of transport.

We offer this nice 45 m2 studio in Porto Vecchio on private property. Ideally located since it is 1 min from the city center, 1 min from the health course and close to the beaches. You will have a kitchen/living area, a sleeping area with 160 x 190 bedding with storage. Bathroom with large shower and washing machine. As the construction is recent, the vegetation could not work a miracle to hide the view, the neighborhood is very nice.
