Villa vacation rentals in Lecce

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Mario. Son logement est très propre, agréable, lumineux et calme dans un très bel environnement arboré. Mario est très facilement joignable et très réactif. Point important en hiver ou comme nous pendant un printemps frais et pluvieux, le logement est très bien chauffé, ce qui est très agréable surtout en soirée. On peut également garer son véhicule sous un auvent. Pour la localisation, le centre ville (la basilique Santa Croce par exemple) est à 25 minutes à pied et à qq centaines de mètres il y a une boulangerie, une pharmacie, un coop et quelques bars, restaurants. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement qui doit être particulièrement plaisant l'été (nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la table en terrasse du fait de la météo capricieuse).

Eine wirklich einwandfreie, wie auf den Fotos zu sehende Unterkunft. Super sauber und ordentlich! Wirklich ein tolles Haus zum Urlaub machen Francesco ist ein sehr zu vorkommender Gastgeber

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

Séjour les pieds dans l’eau. Si vous aimez dormir avec le bruit des vagues, allez vous baigner le matin à 2 pas et revenir prendre le petit déjeuner sur une super terrasse avec vue sur la mer… c’est le bon endroit. Proche de Gallipoli (en voiture) et pas loin de Lecce non plus. Mi-mai, c’est un peu mort, bien sûr, mais cela nous a tout à fait convenu et nous n’avons eu aucun problème pour trouver des restos et des magasins d’alimentation. La maison de Francesco est non seulement charmante, mais très pratique. Tout est bien pensé. Nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Francesco, mais il a répondu très rapidement à nos nombreux messages 😉

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Giada war einfach traumhaft! Schon der Empfang durch Stefania war unglaublich herzlich – sie begrüßte uns persönlich mit einem liebevollen Willkommenspaket voller regionaler Produkte. Man spürt sofort: Das ist ihr eigenes Haus, und sie teilt es mit großer Freude. Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Das Haus ist clever durchdacht, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet ein angenehmes Raumklima – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auch der große Garten ist ein echtes Highlight: wunderschön angelegt und komplett nutzbar, als wäre man zu Hause. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die persönliche Betreuung durch Stefania und ihren Mann Francesco. Die beiden haben sich mit so viel Wärme und Aufmerksamkeit um uns gekümmert, dass wir uns eher wie bei Freunden als in einer Ferienunterkunft gefühlt haben. Ein großes Dankeschön – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie Ende Juli 2024 für eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Die sehr schöne und exklusive Unterkunft, der sehr schöne Park und die vielen Früchte haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus verfügt über einer sehr praktischen Aussenküche mit Grill, welche wir oft genutzt haben. Alles ist sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Etwa eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto braucht es bis zu den wunderschönen Stränden (zB Punta Prosciutto, Togo Bay Beach usw). Herr Oronzino hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hat uns sehr verwöhnt. Wir haben Herr Oronzino in unsere Herzen geschlossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder :-)

Angelo is one of the best hosts we've encountered. He responded promptly to all our questions before we arrived, picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. He had wine waiting for us at the house when we arrived. We miscalculated the availability of bus service in May, thinking we could bus from Casalabete to Brindisi to rent a car. Angelo anticipated our need and arranged a car rental for us. On the way out he even took a detour to show us some features of the area we asked about. The house is in a nice location, right over the dunes from the beach. The yard and pool are exceptionally nice, with plenty of outdoor seating areas in a private setting. The house is comfortable, but a bit dated inside, with a small kitchen (although it has lots of refrigerator and freezer space) and could use some better lighting. This is a really nice place for a beach vacation.

We had such a great time. As a party of 11 the villa felt spacious and had everything we needed. The pasta making class and dinner cooked at the villa provided by Daniela were brilliant and delicious! We would love to come back!

An absolutely wonderful experience, from booking to checki in, through to check out. Gianmaria was in constant contact from booking to checking, answering any questions I had and made suggestions for what I could do. The local hosts were brilliant and Villa Barba the as superb

Camilla’s place was great. It is a good central location if you want to explore south of Italy (as we did), btw 10-40 min by car to all surrounding towns/beaches. The closest beach is only 5 or so minutes away by car. The house is good for families with older kids and the pool is a great addition. Local sweet cafe has nice coffee and pastries too.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund in Fabrizios Haus. Es war ideal, großes vollständig umzäuntes Grundstück. Sehr schöner gepflegter Pool. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen und großer Schirm. Grillmöglichkeit. Nahe zu Meer und auch zu vielen anderen interessanten Ort. Fabrizio ist ein ganz reizender und zuvorkommender Gastgeber

Roberto and his wife were wonderful hosts. Despite our language barrier we communicated very well using our phones. The house is very spacious and well stocked. The area is nice and quiet but only a couple of kilometers from the coat.

posso solo esprimere opinioni positive sull'alloggio e sull'host Simone. la villa splendida, un giardino favoloso..una cucina super fornita, un caminetto pronto ad accogliere le giornate di pioggia che abbiamo vissuto.. Lecce si trova a soli 15 Minuti di strada.. i nostri cani sono stati felicissimi per la presenza di un grande, curato e bellissimo giardino. che dire...spero di tornarci presto!

A wonderful family holiday in a beautiful place. Mario and his family are excellent hosts who cannot do enough for you. Their hospitality was very appreciated, especially during a family emergency that occurred during our stay. They arranged cleaners and a chef for us, making a 5 star holiday more like 6 stars! The villa itself is beautiful with so much space and the swimming pool is a wonderful thing to have, few and far between in this part of Italy. Location is excellent, with the sea a short drive away and lots of lovely places like Gallipoli to visit. As a host myself I know how much work goes in to keeping a property in great condition and ensuring guests have a lovely stay - Mario has achieved that here and i hope to come back really soon!

Frederico was an excellent host and the house was stunning. Unparalleled views of the sea, beautiful indoor and outdoor space and a remote oasis, also close to towns, beaches, hikes. We had the most special time sharing in this together.

Puglia is a beautiful part of Italy. This tenuto is an experience in and of itself. From the first communication to being there, Patrizio answered all my concerns and questions. We are 12 friends traveling together so he had many questions! and yes we all enjoyed the tenuto very very much The home is pristine Every room has details to delight the senses, yet full of warmth and welcome. Kitchen well stocked and functional. Semira cooked two dinners for our group of 12. Oh my. The furniture was comfortable and beautiful and lots of common spaces. The grounds of the estate -- immaculate. I particularly enjoyed watching the veggies grow. Riccardo is the new house manager. So kind and responsive Patrizio had excellent recommendations for restaurants, winery lunch, etc etc etc. Such an excellent host in ALL respects. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We hope to come back and explore more of Puglia. From all of us, La Dolce far niente (although we did a ton)

Andrea is a fabulous host and could not do more to help us settle in and be looked after. He was always available and very accommodating. The property is a gem if you like peaceful, quiet places with a wonderful view. Two couples shared a bathroom without any problem, but generally it has a nice layout, with lots of space. We had one rainy day but we were still just happy to admire the view and relax, and it was a great surprise one evening to be able to see the mountains on the other side of the Gulf of Taranto. The beach at Lido Malibu is Caribbean and almost empty when we were there late May, but probably busy later judging by the number of available deck chairs. Gallipoli (30 mins) is a great trip to do as is Lecce a bit further, but generally we were happy to stay at the Villa by the superb pristine pool or go down to the beach. As we were self catering the house is well equipped, with lots of linen and towels, comfortable and nicely decorated. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely perfect in every way. The location was private and quiet, yet close enough to many of the best towns of the Apulian region. The home was exactly as pictured. Bright, airy, and filled with natural light. Very comfortable beds, incredibly clean. The pool area and gardens overlooking the Ionian Sea were spectacular. Gio is a kind and thoughtful host, and his property manager Carola was exceptional. We felt very welcomed in his home. We appreciated the excellent communication and responsiveness. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect location to visit the Salento peninsula.

Cesare (Ansprechsperson vor Ort) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dasselbe gilt für Ludovica per Chat. Bei schönem Wetter ist das Mietobjekt perfekt: Terrasse mit Lounge, Aussenküche, Zugang zum mehr etc.. Bei Regen muss man sich arrangieren, da man draussen bei der Terrasse keine gedeckte Lounge hat (sie ist zwar gedeckt, doch es regnet durch. Dies wurde uns von Cesare mitgeteilt, woraufhin wir uns einstellen konnten). Die Küche kann auch bei Regen genutzt werden. Das Prinzip ist sehr toll, jeder hat ein eigenes Zimmer doch das Wohnzimmer befindet sich draussen. Somit macht der Aufenthalt in Gruppen spass. Die Lage ist super, im Hochsommer sind jedoch sehr viele Jugendliche vor Ort, da es sich um eine Partygegend handelt. Im September sind die Clubs geschlossen, was einen ruhigen Aufenthalt erlaubt.

Le logement était encore plus beau en vrai qu’en photos. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Notre hôte Luigi était très compréhensif, patient et flexible. Il nous a donné énormément de bons conseils dans le coin. Nous avons trouvé - je le répète - la maison absolument sublime ! La maison était très propre, décorée avec goût et le petit déjeuner proposé par la maison était super. Nous étions tous à notre aise en termes d’espace. Malheureusement, le temps ne nous a pas permis de nous baigner mais ça sera pour une prochaine fois :) Merci encore Luigi !

Die Villa in Squinzano ist unglaublich. Sie hat eine außergewöhnlich exclusive aber gemütliche Ausstattung und ein tolles Design. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und möchte diesen wunderbaren Ort nicht verlassen. Der Garten mit dem extravaganten Pool ist echt traumhaft. Je nachdem wo Du hinschaust oder wo Du sitzt ist es nie langweilig fürs Auge und von jeder Stelle immer irgendwie besonders schön anzusehen. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war super sauber. Paolo beantworte alle Fragen in rasanter Geschwindigkeit und all seine Empfehlungen waren für uns sehr gut. Wir wollten die Umgebung kennenlernen und sind vom impulsanten Lecce sehr begeistert. Die Stadt liegt nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, was für uns gar kein Problem war. Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz und würden sofort wieder in dieses Paradies reisen.
