The master suite has its own spacious master bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 are furnished with queen beds. Bedroom 4 offers a bunk bed. The home sits on an acre with stately mature trees, a fabulous front porch to take in the sunrise & then a new deck overlooking the large back yard boasting amazing sunsets at night!

Get away from it all but be close to everything in this beautifully appointed, newly updated home on two idyllic acres!  Professionally designed and located in the wooded, rolling horse farms and corn fields of historic Traders Point, you'll be sure to enjoy the heated pool (May-Oct, extra $100/night if you'd like the pool heated in May or October), hot tub and spacious game room (with foosball table) while being minutes from dining, shopping, and leisure in Zionsville and Indianapolis.

The Loft is a charming space nestled in Boone County. The Loft is perfectly situated just moments away from the towns of Zionsville, Lebanon, and Whitestown while only being a 25 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. The Loft offers a cozy setting, featuring a one-bedroom suite with a full bathroom, atop a rustic yet elegant barn. The Loft includes a kitchenette, a living room, and deck that overlooks the countryside – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or stargazing by night.

Cozy Guest House in the Big Woods

Guest house located in the rear grounds of main home. Sidewalk access. 20 minute drive to downtown Indy.Full kitchen & 3/4 bath. This means toilet, sink & 42" shower (no tub).Entire house can sleep 1-4. Price is for 2 guests. Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a queen size sofa bed & twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).

The 1840 Homestead

Step back in time…our homestead with all the modern conveniences. We have several nearby wedding barns (if you are attending one). We are 30 minutes away from downtown Indy, 26 miles from IMS Track...Brownsburg’s, Lucas Oil Raceway 18 miles. Turkey Run State Park is 34 miles. We enjoy meeting new people, making their vacation completely enjoyable. After 11/24/ 2019 Swim spa with deck...instead of a hot tub. Entire beautiful home.

Rock onto Roosevelt Drive that is centrally located near Downtown Noblesville (3mins), Ruoff Music Center (15mins) and Grand Park Sporting Complex (20mins) 2 bedroom house with 1 full bathroom. There is a 3 season room in the back of the house that is attached to the house but no HVAC. Both bedrooms contain 1 queen bed in each room. 3 queen beds total throughout the house. 3rd queen bed is in the 3 season room
