Very cute little town apartment, really close to the center and a short walk to the beach. The added bonus is the pleasant terrace with curtains to shelter from the sun. We had a pleasant stay and the host responds very quickly

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

Very nice, well-lit apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was gloomy! It was convenient). Easy to park nearby in April. Well-equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The spare key is always appreciated in the absence of a key box. Very nice host.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

Carle took care of us by making sure to keep the studio cool for our arrival. Functional studio with a terrace for lunch with sea views. We had a nice weekend between walking and swimming.

We had a wonderful weekend at Guillaume & Isabelle's house. Quiet location, close to everything (shopping and walking) We arrived in a CLEAN house that smelled good. Bed made on arrival and a welcome gift that makes you happy! All rooms are spacious. Hosts are responsive to messages, which is nice. We'll be back at your place, and we loved Meschers! Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

Great stay in this amazing house, in a great location.

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.

We had a great time with friends. The house is in a very good location between the seafront and all the shops in the village. Charming place, the heated pool is a plus. We recommend it.

Excellent option to discover Soulac as a family! Brigitte personally welcomed us at 11 a.m. and let us leave in the afternoon the next day. She did everything to be nice to us and the house is very well arranged and clean, with everything you need to cook. We didn't enjoy the garden but it's very cozy. Recommended!

Beautiful house, very bright, in a beautiful environment facing Le Platin beach. We spent the Easter weekend there and enjoyed the view and the customs trail

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very good stay at Laura's apartment, who is responsive and available. Delicate touches awaited us on arrival, in an impeccable, functional, quiet apartment, close to the beach and the city center. Nothing was missing, it was perfect! Thanks to Laura and Ludo.
