Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Our family home is in the heart of a tourist region just 15km from Parthenay (remarkable medieval city hosting the famous FLIP, 50 min from the Poitevin marshes, 55 min from Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Center parc, Mervent... 300m away, you can enjoy a magnificent body of water (playground, courtyard, picnic, toilet, pétanque, fishing) Bakery, grocery, smoking bar 3 minutes away. Terrace with fields as far as the eye can see.

Quiet and relaxing duplex, new and independent with a large covered and shared wooden terrace. The accommodation offers a kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a sitting area equipped with a bench. Upstairs you will find the toilet, as well as the master suite. Azay-Sur-Thouet is 1H30 from La Rochelle, 1H00 from Futuroscope and Puy du Fou, 45 min from Marais Poitevin and 10 min from Parthenay (FLIP) and Pougne Hérisson (Festival du Nombril du Monde). No pets.

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse is accessible independently and is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro atmosphere where you can have fun with leisure games or relax on the veranda with unlimited access to the hot tubs just for you. Private 4x2 pool open on May 1, solar heated, so we can't guarantee an exact temperature.
