Small quiet nest, a short walk to the beach, simple but effective, for a family vacation

Gaëtanes place was perfectly placed right next to the harbour and minuted walk from a supermarket, with parking on the road outside the accommodation, it made our time there easy and stress free. The pool access was also good for relaxing in the hot weather. I would recommend staying here!

Very proactive host and very welcoming neighbor. Super nice villa with common areas, privacy and all the necessary equipment, even for our baby, we didn't miss anything. Possibility to walk to beautiful Bois-Jolan beach, but safer to go by car.

Very nice accommodation located in a quiet residence, with a beautiful pool and a very nice small beach. We appreciated Isabelle's availability and she hosted us very well. We really enjoyed our stay at Grande Terre!

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is a great host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beach.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and the punch bowl is a big plus. A real cabin! Aurore's hospitality is perfect and she will give you plenty of recommendations on activities, restaurants and other nearby.

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

We stayed at the cottage for 2 weeks and loved our stay. The location was spacious inside and out, clean, in addition to a beautiful pool. The location of the cottage was perfect, close to all services, beaches and also very easy to access. Yann welcomed us warmly and also made us very good recommendations for visits and restaurants. What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Ideal setting and very peaceful. Concierge Hervé was great. From the welcome where he picked us up at the port to our departure, the schedule of which was flexible. Excellent responsiveness and understanding on their part as well as good advice. In short, everything you expect from such a service. We'll be back!

Great stay at Marie's place! The accommodation was great, very clean and fully equipped! We enjoyed the pool and beaches within walking distance. We would come back without hesitation!

We had a great vacation in Guadeloupe staying at the Anjou Creole villa. The house is ideally located, very pleasant to stay in and perfectly equipped. Carine is a thoughtful host, who provides everything necessary for the arrival as well as a very practical manual with all the explanations about the villa, the activities to do nearby and her personal recommendations. She is also very responsive when needed. We would also like to highlight the warm welcome from Philippe as well as the kindness and availability of Valérie, the villa's concierges. We would definitely recommend this property!

Very nice very comfortable house whose common areas are all open by large doors on a large furnished terrace adjacent to a beautiful large pool. Really wow! Very clean and well-appointed house inside and out. Nice welcome by the Concierge who is very available and attentive to our comfort and is very generous with advice and suggestions. Located near the beautiful beach of light grapes. Well located for large sales areas (Carrefour and Monoprix).

John is a welcoming and flexible host. Listing matches the photos and descriptions. Clean and well-equipped, it feels like home! Special mention for the studio and linens that smell very good. Close to the pool which is very nice. Recommended.

Jean Christophe and Virginia's apartment was absolutely great for our couple. Tastefully modern and tastefully decorated. The view of the marina is superb and the location is absolutely perfect: everything is within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very easy to visit Saint François entirely on foot from the accommodation. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom offers a lot of pressure and hot water hot. Which is perfect for returning from the beach. The tank is a must and we had no water issues despite the water outages. The building has an elevator which is very nice for going up and down the suitcases. It is very easy to find parking nearby. I highly recommend this place that we will rent again without hesitation if we come back to the area.

Great stay at Boris's at Crystal Beach Residences. We were there for 2 weeks in early June 2025. We were very well located in St-François (by car and on foot) - close to the marina, markets and Pointe des Châteaux with plenty of beaches. We were not motorized but there are 2 beaches 10 min walk. Otherwise, 2 pools 2 minutes' walk to cool off. Good restaurants and excellent artisanal bakery next door and convenience store - in short, very well located and beautiful clean and modern accommodation. You can also swim just in front but you have to bring water shoes. There was just a small natural ant problem in the kitchen but it disappears by storing the food in the fridge. Boris is super nice, very welcoming and friendly, there to help you if needed! He even prepared a site with all the recommendations of the area. Recommended :)

Very nice apartment, nice location in Gosier. Communication with the property managers was excellent, they are very attentive and responsive to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. The apartment is very well-equipped, clean, and convenient to use. I would recommend it in a second.

We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The view from the terrace on palm trees and beach was great and just a few steps away we watched the sunrise every day - on the beach between palm trees and coconuts. We were more than satisfied with the house itself, thank you to Adriana for the uncomplicated and nice contact, the helpfulness and the quick response time whenever we had a question.
