Very nice accommodation located in a quiet residence, with a beautiful pool and a very nice small beach. We appreciated Isabelle's availability and she hosted us very well. We really enjoyed our stay at Grande Terre!

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is a great host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beach.

Beautiful house, clean and functional. With pool, ideal. Very nice people, A small downside, toilets too high, you can't put your feet down and several times the manager had to come for electrical problems!

Beautiful place to relax as a couple or solo. The host is very friendly and available as needed. The place is very clean, quiet, and the spa at the end of the day is very pleasant. If you're looking for a place to stay in Grandes-Terres to visit several beaches, I think this is the perfect place. Thanks to the host for the warm welcome, which immediately made us feel at home.

We had a great time at Isabelle and Christophe's apartment. Everything was perfect! We also ate at the pizza and burger restaurant on the complex, owned by the owners, and it was delicious! Isabelle and Christophe are very responsive and welcoming hosts. We would come back without hesitation!

Our most beautiful holidays in a long time, sublimated by our stay at Villa Thomana! More than 20 years since I had not come to Guadeloupe... This island is very beautiful and to stay there we chose the Gîte proposed by Livia and Christophe, who were welcoming and available hosts. For our stay as a couple, my Companion and I wanted to stay in a accommodation offering quality services. Villa Thomana met all our expectations... It was essential for us not to have to take our vehicle to get to the beach. Quietly installed on the terrace or by the pool, we hear the sound of waves coming to shave on the sand (The beach is 200 meters away and accessible by tap)... And what about the breakfasts on the terrace facing the Sea and the sunrises to fall on the ground?!?!? You have to live it, the view is exceptional! Perfect geographical location, we highly recommend...

We had a wonderful week at this place, everything was as described. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and ideally located for exploring the area. The pool was simply beautiful, perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing at any time. The private beach, on the other hand, was a real plus, offering an exceptional setting to enjoy the calm and sun. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to spend a lovely vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed at the cottage for 2 weeks and loved our stay. The location was spacious inside and out, clean, in addition to a beautiful pool. The location of the cottage was perfect, close to all services, beaches and also very easy to access. Yann welcomed us warmly and also made us very good recommendations for visits and restaurants. We strongly recommend this cottage.

Upon arrival, the warm welcome from our host set the tone for a perfect vacation. The accommodation was spotless, tastefully decorated and offered all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay. Every morning, we enjoyed the pool to savor our coffee while admiring the beautiful flowers and hummingbirds. The days were punctuated by adventures: heavenly beaches, nature hikes, and local culinary discoveries. Our hosts were a great help, providing us with local recommendations that enriched our experience. Thanks to them, we discovered a magnificent paradise and tasted a ti-punch with Quebec flavors. A huge thank you for the enchanted break. We leave with memories full of heads and the desire to come back soon!

A charming little studio, very pretty and functionally furnished. Comfortable bed, small kitchen that offers everything you need to prepare breakfast or cook in the evening. The balcony is especially beautiful, overlooking palm trees and the sea! Both Romain and the concierge Jean-Luc did everything to make you feel comfortable and gave tips for things to do nearby and good restaurants. We had a wonderful time there with excursions to the beaches of Bois Jolan and St. Anne as well as to Pointes des Chateaux - great! Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

The Villa is delightful and just as amazing as in the photos. The location is perfect, the water is right there and the beach where you can really float is just a beautiful short walk- on the beach- from your back yard. Absolute bonus: delicious restaurants, bakery and general store right around the corner. You can spend days on end without getting in the car! Our host was super responsive and everyone around including neighbors and maintenance workers in the facility were all very friendly. We really felt at home.

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Aurélie's place. The apartment is great, quiet, warm (especially the sheltered terrace and its sofa that overlook a splendid view, especially for the sunrises😉) everything is very close and Aurelie as well as Marie are very friendly, full of good advice and really accommodating!

Jean Christophe and Virginia's apartment was absolutely great for our couple. Tastefully modern and tastefully decorated. The view of the marina is superb and the location is absolutely perfect: everything is within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very easy to visit Saint François entirely on foot from the accommodation. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom offers a lot of pressure and hot water hot. Which is perfect for returning from the beach. The tank is a must and we had no water issues despite the water outages. The building has an elevator which is very nice for going up and down the suitcases. It is very easy to find parking nearby. I highly recommend this place that we will rent again without hesitation if we come back to the area.

Anna is really attentive. The place is tastefully decorated and with attention to detail. The accommodation is impeccable, the amenities are impeccable. We had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend it.

We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The view from the terrace on palm trees and beach was great and just a few steps away we watched the sunrise every day - on the beach between palm trees and coconuts. We were more than satisfied with the house itself, thank you to Adriana for the uncomplicated and nice contact, the helpfulness and the quick response time whenever we had a question.

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well placed, idyllic setting, very well-equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her accommodation (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). Great stay! Confirmed apartment, very well equipped and furnished with a very useful balcony! The environment is very pleasant, a great pool but we did not use it because the apartment overlooks a beautiful blue lagoon! We had a very good week at Patricia's place The bungalow is well located for visiting Grande Terre, it is very clean, very functional and well arranged; the air conditioning in the bedroom is appreciable. Patricia and her husband hosted us very kindly, with thoughtful gestures throughout our stay (evening meal offered because we arrived in the evening, first breakfast also offered, punch and fruit basket, loan of games in case of rain, etc.); we were able to visit their garden, and Patricia took a moment to give us explanations and advice about her island. The only downside could be the proximity to a busy street, but we weren't bothered in the end, and it didn't stop us from enjoying the frog concert in the evening! We enjoyed spending time on the terrace, especially watching the birds.
