Vacation rentals with beach access in Le Grand-Village-Plage

The studio was the perfect place to stay for a weekend. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need. We didn't get a chance to meet Sophie but she was very welcoming and caring in her messages, both before, during and after our stay. We recommend Sophie without hesitation

Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating upon arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming touch. Isabelle took the time to explain the walks, restaurants, and must-sees of this beautiful island. We highly recommend this very nice host. We'll be happy to go back

Very spacious and well-appointed house, large and enclosed exterior (perfect with dogs) and a big plus with the heated swimming pool. Very well located for exploring the island and appreciable walking distance to the beach. Nelly's great flexibility on check-in and check-out times with responsive response. Some equipment could do with being repaired or replaced so that everything is perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay, very clean, well-equipped and well-arranged accommodation. It felt good there. The small relaxation and dining area outside near the forest is lovely. Forest walks nearby also superb!

Tres bien! Anne Carole's place was great. We felt totally comfortable and enjoyed our stay. In the kitchen, there is everything you could need for cooking. The bedrooms were very quiet and with the window open you can hear the sea. From the house, the beach is not a minute away. Overall, we were all completely satisfied and would be happy to come back! Heavenly place just steps from the ocean! A peaceful haven in a small, very pleasant, functional, well-equipped house that stays cool in hot weather: a real joy! The bed is very comfortable and the environment is quiet, conducive to rejuvenating nights. You can hear the waves from the garden! We'll be happy to come back... We had a great time with the family for 4 days. The place is well maintained, clean, functional, in short nothing to complain about the accommodation. Check-in and checkout are very well organized thanks to Jacqueline and Laurent. There are a lot of tips. Another important point, the location is great with an auction and many restaurants. Everything is on foot and bike paths are close. Thank you.

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their beautiful terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. Their tips for visiting the area were very helpful. Thank you both for the little treats too. We highly recommend it.

We rented Vandy's apartment for the weekend. It was perfect. The instructions were clear and detailed, making it easy to find the access point. The apartment was large and functional, close to everything. A private parking space is really a significant plus. We'll be back for a future stay for sure

A real feast for the eyes, and pure relaxation. The apartment has an extraordinary ocean view, and Faucillons Beach is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, absolutely nothing is missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities are a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is very relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge was very efficient and very professional for check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.
