The place was fabulous, exactly how it was presented in pictures. Had all the amenities as listed. I would say you will feel at home staying here, the rooms were cozy and clean. Bathrooms were spotless and overall we had a great experiance staying. Please don't think twice before booking the place if you see it book it.

Emile's spot is simply the most ideal place to stay in Kathmandu, especially if you have a conference at the Radisson. Spacious, well appointed, and located near restaurants and one of the best coffee shops in the city. It's a wonderful place to be, and the location and space is matched only by Emile's and Tula's hospitality. They were flexible and responsive and truly made me feel at home. I look forward to staying in Emile's apartment the next time I'm in the city.

The BEST Airbnb I’ve ever booked in Nepal! The space is stunning—loft-style, modern, peaceful, and filled with natural light. The big balcony was my favorite spot to relax. It’s located in a quiet area but super convenient—there’s a laundry and mini grocery right next door, with fruit stalls and several mini marts nearby. Great cafés and restaurants are just a 5–10 min walk, and the iconic Boudhanath Stupa is only 10–15 mins away. Jas, the host, was incredible—so warm, kind, and helpful. He made me feel truly welcome and taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kathmandu!

Thanks to Sailesh for hosting us :) Finding a similar quality of accommodation at such an attractive price, I won't get over it anytime soon haha The neighborhood is peaceful and old. It's beautiful and a good place to stay. I spent two weeks in this Triplex and am disappointed that I couldn't stay longer… It feels like home, and the luxury of being on three floors frankly. It's very well-appointed and bright! The apartment is very clean and a housekeeper can come at your request! I thank the host again for their friendliness and I can't wait to spend my next stay in this beautiful apartment. Small plus on the washing machine and the terrace at the top :)

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The views of the city and mountains are awesome and there are 2 lovely roof terraces to sit and enjoy them. Romy and his family were friendly and helpful, recommending a great driver for trips. The apparent was in a quiet cul de sac, although shops, and restarants were just round the corner. It was extremely good value for money -the perfect place to stay in Kathmandu.

My stay at this Airbnb in Kathmandu was very good overall! Ashish, the host, was absolutely awesome and incredibly helpful throughout our time there. His assistance really made a difference to our experience. The kitchen is fully equipped, which was a huge plus for us, allowing us to prepare something. I also really enjoyed the seating areas in both the porch and backyard – they were great spots to relax. Property was neat and clean, five stars to cleanness. For future guests, it's important to note that there are no attached bathrooms in the bedrooms. There's only one shared bathroom on the inside and one toilet outside on the same floor. This wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but it's something to be aware of when booking, especially if you prefer a private en-suite or are traveling with a larger group. Despite the bathroom setup, we had a fantastic stay thanks to Ashish's hospitality and the comfortable amenities. I'd recommend it.

The place is right in the middle of Thamel. So it is very easy to move around. It is a sixth floor without lift. For me this was ok. Very polite and helpful host.

In such a busy city as Kathmandu, Pratima's place offers peace and quiet in a lovely neighbourhood. And with lovely views as well. The location was perfect for my circumstances, and Pratima was a very responsive and hospitable host.

It was very easy for us to stay and visit nearby places. No interruption from Deepti and last but not the lease , 'laasa'(pet dog) - he will also greet you whenever you came back to room.

We had a wonderful time here. The family is lovely and generous and the apartment was a great space for our needs. They were eager to share and help us with whatever we needed. There is a shared washing machine and water filter on the terrace. The power backup worked amazingly well for basic charging and wifi. It was really nice to have a moka pot to make coffee. The shower always had hot water with good pressure. The view from the apartment is beautiful. We would recommend this place to others and stay here again! Thank you!

Great place. Kiran's flat has a nicely finished interior, is spaceous with a full kitchen and lots of outdoor space, ample parking and friendly security. Strong aircon and very conveniently located near the airport with convenient shopping just outside and a quick cab ride to essential sites in the KTM valley -- this place comes highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful host as well, I'll definitely be staying again.

We have had an amazing stay at Kathmandu Mega Appartement, which is perfectly located with many things to do nearby. Thakur was a great and thoughtful host, making us decide to add a few more nights here after traveling around Nepal.

The place is nice and cozy and is well facilitated with all the utilities. The apartment is located in prime city area with loads of options for restaurants. Places like the Kathmandu Durbar Square is also within walking distance if you are looking to explore the city. The apartment itself is clean and well maintained and is secluded if you are looking for some privacy. The owner is also super nice and friendly. Overall my experience here was good and I recommend this place.
