Vacation rentals with a patio in Lawrencetown

Bruce was the perfect hostess and very accommodating. Him and his wife even invited us to join them for Christmas dinner. The accommodations were very clean and inviting. It was beautiful decorated with some Christmas decorations. The shower head was the best I have had. I need to ask Bruce what kind it is. We were able to check in early and check out at our leisure. I will definitely be staying again if need be

Absolutely gorgeous pristine property with a beautiful fire pit and seating area. Great little walking trail that surrounds the property and follows along a brook. The hosts had every light clearly labeled in the house for which was which this was great when your unfamiliar with the spot. The hosts had clear instructions posted on the door how to access the walking trail, how to start the BBQ, how to start the firepit. Although not beach weather during my stay the airbnb was equipped with beach chairs a cooler and beach toys and boogie boards for guest use and also was all Clearly labeled stating so. Bathroom had extra "if you forget" toiletries. Small coffee area fully stocked with small snacks and espresso machine with full stock of pods. Another great feature was the bedroom had a small rechargeable fan you could use as hand held or lay on your pillow if your a fan person I loved this. Definetly recommend this airbnb and the hosts 5*

This was our second stay at this Airbnb due to proximity to our family. The place is excellent. The instructions and check in were clear and straightforward. The place is very clean and a great size for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We appreciated the extra cot for one of our children which comes with the unit. As an avid runner I also enjoyed daily runs on the extensive trail network across the road. It was very convenient and beautiful. It’s about a 30 min drive to downtown Halifax with plenty of options for grocery/pharmacy etc within a few minutes drive to the unit. I would definitely recommend this unit and I’m sure we will return again in the future. Thanks for the stay!

I can't think of a better place to stay in Halifax than Jeremy's! The location was ideal- we were able to walk out and find restaurants, cafes and grocery stores in minutes. We were a little concerned that we were on the second floor (due to noise issues) but we couldn't believe how quiet the building was- we never heard our neighbours or anyone in the hall. We loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at all the extras that came with the unit- so many kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, "clean" shampoo/soaps, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. It made our stay so comfortable. Jeremy was also very detailed with the instructions for the suite so we never had to contact him for anything, even though he was more than willing to help out. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we will definitely be back!

Our stay was great. There was on-street parking available, the space was clean and as described and had all the amenities listed. I would stay there again!

Darlene’s place was as advertised. The decorations are adorable and even the plants have names. The bedroom is at the back of the house, and being on the third floor, which meant it was quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Bathroom was clean and had great hot water. Darleen was always responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

It was great time staying at Jimmy’s place close to everything you could need and super easy to get out onto the highway to go see what else Nova Scotia has to offer

I had a great pleasure of staying at Tiffany's place. Location was right dt dartmouth and very convenient, place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, the host was very understanding and accommodating.

We had a great stay. A beautiful location, a very nice cottage, well appointed. Jordan was proactive prior to check in, and the communications were very clear.

We had a great stay for our one night in Halifax. The place was very clean, spacious, and easily accommodated all 7 of us. It felt comfortable and welcoming, and everything was just as described. Would definitely recommend for groups looking for a convenient and cozy place to stay.

From booking to checking out, this was a great experience. The location was amazing. The place was clean and very welcoming. Thank you for the treats and the Tim’s coffee was an extra bonus. Another great stay. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need. The place is clean and welcoming with comfortable beds, lovely big bathrooms. But the best part of the stay are the evenings out on the deck watching the ever changing views across the Minas basin over to Cape Blomidon where the setting sun provides spectacular sunsets every evening and if you’re lucky you’ll catch sight of the bald eagles that live nearby

Enjoyed our stay at Emma’s place. Emma was very helpful with our arrival ensuring that we had a reserved parking space and a light on in the unit for our late arrival. The unit was very clean and the inside looked just like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only recommendation would be a standard size coffee machine. The one that is provided was small so we had to make multiple pots. The bathroom was very tidy, toiletries were provided along with towels. The bedroom was perfect. Very comfortable bed with storage provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay but were a bit disappointed with the outside space. The listing mentioned a patio and bbq. However there was no bbq and the patio was not usable as no seating was available. In addition a few nights during 7 night stay it was quite noisy from above. But overall great value.

Randy’s property is absolutely stunning and super private. It had everything I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of my crazy life. He brought fresh firewood over and showed me how to use the fireplace. The added touches of his beautifully designed furniture and decor just made the whole home feel so cozy and unique. I love that he displayed some beautiful art from local artists as well. I made good use of the sauna and hot tub. Everything was immaculate and clean. I would highly suggest booking Randy’s spot - if you can find an opening in their very busy calendar! One thing to note is that it is not close to restaurants but that did not bother me as I brought my own food and had the option to cook, which I prefer! There’s also filtered water for drinking in the kitchen. Such an elevated but also rustic home away from home.

Our trip to Nova Scotia was a special celebration for our daughter. We chose the Den of Zen for a number of reasons, all of which exceeded our expectations: beautiful setting on a lake; clean and modern interior; an elixir of natural light from a wall of windows; use of great amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, and grill; close to Halifax/airport and easy access to routes for day trips; and comfortable beds. What was remarkable was the incredible hospitality of our hostess, Shelley, who made the trip THE best by offering attraction suggestions and keeping in touch to answer our questions. She was so attentive. We highly recommend a stay at the Den of Zen!

We enjoyed a very comfortable 5 night stay at Adam's place. The beds were comfy and the kitchen, pantry and laundry were well stocked. East Petpeswick is a beautiful, quiet, natural area but there's lots to do if you're into outdoor living. The tiny house provided all the comforts we needed to relax at the end of our days. We loved sitting on the back deck to watch the night sky and hear the surf (while our steaks were on the BBQ) and appreciated the wifi and TV when it was time to come in. Adam's spot is within easy access to gorgeous Martinique Beach (strolling and surfing), the wonderful Musquodoboit Trailhead (hiking), and all the other treasures Nova Scotia offers. For sure, we would stay here again.

Elissa was a great host and made me feel welcome immediately. The place is beautifully done and a nice peaceful ambiance to spend a night. Wrinkles also gives Elissa a five star rating. He was welcomed with bowls for food and water and offered a coZy bed to sleep in!

Wonderful location, and Angela is an excellent host! She was very responsive the entire time and made us feel very welcome and comfortable in her space. Next time we're in Halifax, we'll definitely book with Angela again!

This was a wonderful place. Great location,very clean and very well equipped. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it. The view of the park was lovely. There were many nice small details like a cocktail set and doggie treats . We had a lovely experience.

Great place to stay! So many awesome places close by and the apartment was full of everything we needed! :) Mehrdad was very responsive and also accommodated an early check in for us. Amazing experience!

Absolutely lovely stay. Secure ,spacious and beautiful views. Easy to walk to waterfront . Nice to have parking included , we did have a truck and required a little maneuvering to get in and out but all worked out. Highly recommend

Our stay at Andrew's place in Halifax was perfect! There was really great communication ahead of arrival and the place was very clean and exactly as described. The best part was the location - we could walk everywhere which made our stay really enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again for another trip to Halifax.
