Condo vacation rentals in Lavallette

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

This rental was perfect for us. I took my daughter and 2 friends for an end of school year celebration weekend. So close to the boardwalk and beach and other entertainment. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. The host was responsive and so helpful. Would definitely rent again!

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

The beach house is beautiful! I loved the quiet of the place and how close to the beach is and the swimming pool was a plus. The apartment is close to everything (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and more). I’ll definitely come back.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! The location was excellent. We brought 4 children with us and the pool was a big hit. They have 2 pools there and plenty of outdoor space with lots of tables, grills, and outdoor games. The staff are lovely and accommodating. The only thing I would add is a place to hang wet bathing suits or towels, maybe something in bathroom or hooks on bedroom doors. We rented the 4 bedroom unit that had 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms. There is so much to do in Seaside Heights for kids. We will stay here again next time we are in Seaside Heights.

We had a nice stay. Melyssa’s place was clean and super convenient to walk to the beach/boardwalk and nearby restaurants. The trade-off is there is a bit of nighttime noise from people walking back from the bars/restaurants but nothing crazy. We had a few small glitches on arrival (door code, WIFI code, beds a little different than posted photos) but Melyssa was fast and great with communication to help out. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

We had a really lovely trip! Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about construction and that's how we were awoken on our first day. Reinaldo was responsive almost immediately and got in touch with his building management. He offered us a reasonable discount for the inconvenience, and upon realizing the construction would be continuing the whole trip he offered a full refund, or a greater discount for our inconvenience. We understand things happen and are so happy with how he handled this. The condo itself is great! The master bedroom has gorgeous views of the ocean! You can watch the sunrise from bed! Having in-unit laundry was nice, we were able to have clean towels throughout the stay. The condo is in an excellent location, sort of tucked away in the corner aka fabulous for privacy. The walk to the boardwalk/beach was super short, and there is plenty to do on the boardwalk! Thank you for hosting us, and we look forward to next year!!

Overall - A Great Place Ideal Location, peaceful and relaxing, a short walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Just like the photos, upscale look, pleasantly decorated. Very Clean and well appointed, linens, towels, extra blankets and trow blankets, kitchenware. beach chairs and umbrella. All appliances and in good working condition Secure building and assigned parking. Highly Recommended.

Super clean, nice layout and well maintained. Walkable to beach and food in the area. Sofa bed not very comfortable for an adult but it worked.

We had a wonderful stay at Laurie’s place. The condo was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make some of our meals. The location is great, very close to the beach and within walking distance to some restaurants. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment and Laurie quickly sent a locksmith and resolved that issue for us!!

Kim made our stay as comfortable as possible. She was very accommodating. The apartment was clean and well kept. It was walking distance to the boardwalk and some places to eat. We will definitely keep this as a favorite place to stay in the future. Thank you! Eva & Tara

Niki's place was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was beautiful. Niki had most of what we needed for the beach, which was so helpful: chairs and umbrellas. The house had all we needed to make meals at home and was close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The master bedroom's bed was exceptionally comfortable. Niki was great at communicating and helping us troubleshoot the TV when we couldn't turn it on. We would definitely stay here again.

"The space was perfect. Right on the beach with an access ramp onto the sand. We used the city's sand wheelchair a few times, and it was great. Lifeguards were so helpful and kind. They were an excellent resource while you're staying there. Walking distance to several restaurants, casual and fancy. Quiet roads nearby where our two kids rode bikes at all hours of the day. We also walked to the bayside to watch the sunset, a pleasant 5 min walk. The host was responsive and very helpful."

This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious lots of storage space and never felt cramped. The 3rd bedroom loft with bathroom was great for guests. My family of 4 were comfortable and felt at home. The neighborhood was friendly with a short walk to the beach and local attractions. Scott was responsive and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this unit if you’re staying in the area.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

What a pleasure to have found this place! I travel to the area for business and the last few places I stayed were mediocre at best. Dave is a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, and the condo is exactly as described and pictured! I will definitely book this for my future visits. Extremely nice play! The host was very accommodating and nice. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and even extended our time there. The boardwalk is quick walk away and I enjoyed morning runs in the area. I would definitely recommend the stay

Our family and our lab Ryder had a wonderful time this week 8/3/24-8/10/24. The condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and special touches like the dog mat when we first walked in. Looked exactly like the pics! Neighbors were friendly and our dog was able to make new friends with other dogs in the neighborhood during his daily walks. Centrally located to shopping and the boardwalk. Host Maria was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel at home. Thanks for letting us stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and easy to walk to boardwalk. Bit small with 5 guests, but wasn’t a problem for us. Beds were comfy and place was perfect for a 2 night stay!

Chris was accommodating from the very start of our booking; quick to accept our booking and respond to our requests. I came to Asbury for a quick weekend vacation, along with my husband, daughter, her bff, and our dog. We were super comfortable in the condo. Nice big kitchen, and comfy living room where we ordered in after a long day at the beach! The girls did NOT want to leave! The condo is located just a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk - right near the food trucks and the dog beach. The condo has all of the essentials, super clean, great fluffy and fresh towels - We couldn't have asked for more :). Thank you Chris and Andy for sharing your condo with us. We loved it and would love to book again with you on our next visit!

A great weekend away! Great little place, conveniently located with everything we needed and a short walk to the (quiet side) of the boardwalk-which was perfect! Joseph was super responsive and helpful…would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Airbnb and gracious host my only con was the shower size but the super comfortable bed made up for that :). Would recommend and even rebook in the future
