Character cottage overlooking the Cère Valley

Excellent stay, very nice and welcoming hosts. Listing is as described in a quiet location. It is well located in the region to be able to visit the Lot, the Corrèze or the Dordogne. The house is large and well equipped (we were a family of 5 with 3 children). It takes 15 min to shop in the village next door. Thank you to our very charming, discreet but available hosts who will know how to advise you.

A deluxe space for two.

An oasis of peace, set in a stunning corner of the Causses du Quercy in a charming hamlet with a lot of history. The accommodation has been lovingly restored to a very high standard by Simone & David who make sure their guests are very comfortable. Nice little touches on arrival, such as a welcome card and a bottle of wine, together with a few basic items are very thoughtful and always keep the guests in mind. The house is spotlessly clean and well equipped, the bed super comfortable with nice white crisp bed linen. Simone is a wonderful host, always available to help and answer any questions but also very respectful of your privacy. The pretty village of Labastide-Murat is within easy reach by car and has all you need including a brand new well stocked supermarket. We spent a wonderful few days at L’Annexe, exploring this beautiful area and relaxing on one of the two terraces in the evening while gazing at the amazing starry skies. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve holidayed in!
A charming village square is captured under a clear blue sky, featuring traditional timber-framed buildings. A stone fountain occupies the center, surrounded by cobblestone paths. Outdoor seating can be seen to one side, offering a peaceful atmosphere, with countryside hills visible in the background.

Charm in the Dordogne Valley

Great stay at Catherine and Michel's. The house is superb and authentic (dates from 1666, if you like old stones and places full of history, it's at its best), the garden is planted with large trees offering shelter at a large table. The pool is huge, clean, and has a breathtaking view. No disturbance around. The site is peaceful, secluded and relaxing. Thanks to Catherine and Michel, kind and discreet hosts, who were very responsive when the dishwasher broke down.
