Monthly Rentals in Lauterstein

We were with our dog (and 6-month-old son) for a birthday in the area and stayed 3 days. Rande was always immediately available, friendly, helpful and caring, so we had a great 3 days. The "nook" was clean and perfect for us. From towels, to coffee / tea and small snacks, everything was there. You can walk directly through the fields or relax on the small terrace. Overall, a great experience. We look forward to coming back! :-) Small drawback for my husband (1.94cm) was the small shower, but he still got clean ;-)

Check-in to the apartment was very easy, with the code in the app and the lock in front of the house. The Apartment is very modern, has lots of light, everything was very clean, and we felt right at home. In the kitchen there was everything you need for eating and cooking. Living room with TV, sofa, dining table and balcony. The bedroom is also very nice. Amy and Tobias were always very responsive. All in all, a great, bright and beautiful apartment if you want to visit Schwäbisch Gmünd and do not want to sleep right in the hustle and bustle of the city. A grocery store is very close(3 minutes by car or you can walk as well) and the neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed here with a baby and Tobias and Amy got us a crib as well which was very much appreciated.

Overall, everything was great - despite the heat it was pleasantly cool, hosts, who also live in the house, put a lot of effort into the maintenance of the outdoor facilities, possibility to sit outside

Carmen and Fabian have taken very good care of their apartment in detail (such as that there are different herbs to cook with/ a welcome text is written on the room with instructions). Everything has been thought of and the whole accommodation is sparkling clean. The bathroom is great, large with a luxurious shower. Carmen and Fabian are very friendly and quick in communication. I would definitely recommend staying here!
