What a lovely apartment in a vibrant and walkable area of Geneva! The apartment is on the top floor with a view of Lake Geneva on one side and a view of the neighborhood on the other. The apartment is beautifully appointed and quiets down around 10 or 11 pm at night, with a bit of pleasant street noise until then. There are lots of restaurants and cafés, and it's one block from an enormous and beautiful park. We enjoyed taking coffee at Chou, just one block over. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again when we're back in Geneva.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Cecile's home in Gex. Her house is a beautiful, contemporary space that we absolutely loved—warm, spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It was also very clean and tidy, with a very well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook during our vacation. Gex is conveniently located just a short drive from Geneva, and we took enjoyable day trips to Montreux, Chamonix & Mont Blanc, and Annecy. The scenic drives through the Alps were especially memorable, with breathtaking mountain views throughout. Anne was a fantastic host—responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. Despite her very busy schedule, she even made time to meet with us in person, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our experience at Anne-Cecile’s house was excellent and left a lasting impression. We would definitely love to stay there again the next time we visit the area!

The apartment is well located for a discovery of Laussane and matches the description. Tidy and maintained the same for common areas. We had a lovely stay.

We just had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect: top equipment, very quiet environment close to all amenities, exceptional view and welcome from our host. Perfect for 4 people with each having their own bathroom and toilet. If we return to the area, we will not inherit.

Very good location, at the foot of Lake LEMAN, you really have everything nearby, the accommodation is excellent. Very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, you just have to park your vehicle and enjoy all the activities of this pretty city. Thanks to Morgan for hosting us and for being available.

Extremely peaceful location, within walking distance of beaches, shops and a number of restaurants. Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Fabulous apartment!! Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The view is stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. The location is excellent, only 25 min walk into Evian, which is a lovely town. The swimming pool was also a great plus. Also great communication with the host. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The accommodation is as described and conveniently located from several hikes. The balcony and pool are a plus. Romain gave us all the necessary information for the smooth running of our stay. We recommend!

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
