The place is very pretty (beautiful view), very quiet. The house is very large and very pleasant to stay in. There are 2 more listings nearby but we had our privacy. Philippe is kind, he lives in the accommodation next door and is very discreet. The sauna jacuzzi pool area is charming and pleasant for young and old.

Perfect location for a family get together, loads of space for children to run around and enjoy themselves. We loved having BBQ's and playing boules after the sun went down. The towns of Albi and Rabastins are very close and well worth a visit

A really very well located apartment for visiting Toulouse in a well secured and new residence! The instructions for self-check-in and check-out are very clear, the apartment is really nice and very functional, and really very clean! The underground location for the car is really a plus!

We had a fabulous stay at Christophe’s beautiful house in Toulouse. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Christophe’s house is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well presented, clean and very much a high end city centre town house. We had everything we needed for staying in the house for the week. The pool, hot tub and garden area are fabulous and we enjoyed swimming and sitting in the sun trap where the hot tub is. The general area itself is quiet and attractive and only a five minute walk into the heart of the old city centre. We found everything within easy walking distance in terms of amenities, restaurants and supermarkets - including for two older grandparents and two young children. Aside from the amazing house, Christophe himself was extremely welcoming, supportive and flexible - giving us advice on things to do and helping us deposit our bags safely when we arrived early. Christophe’s concierge, Rafik, was also very kind.

Our stay at Eric's went very well. The listing is as described and photographed. The decoration is very successful. It's quiet. The terrace offers additional charm to this lovely house. Very spacious, beautifully decorated with plants and lights. We don't regret our stay at Eric's and if we have a chance we'll come back here.

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The location is great quiet but an easy walk to the centre. The little food shop opposite and the airport shuttle bus at the end of the street are very convenient. Romain was an excellent host and answered all queries promptly.

We had a lovely stay with our family of 6. We all had our own comfortable space. The house was clean and inviting. We cooked several meals in the kitchen with ease. There were 2 markets nearby. We enjoyed sitting outside on the peaceful deck. We found the location to be walkable (10 min) to the metro lines but also enjoyed walks into Capitol. Stayed for over a month in José's Villa - very comfortable stay. José went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Very spacious house, large garden - well positioned and quiet area. And lovely pool! Beautiful views of the Pyrénées from the garden. We liked it so much we have already booked to come back - highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay during a visit to a conference nearby at the MEETT. Andre and Celine were super helpful and very accommodating. Wish I had some down time to enjoy the property and the pool but maybe next time.

Very pleasant stay, soothing, quiet among the rolling hills as far as the eye can see. Spacious and bright accommodation, tastefully furnished, functional and very well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. Warm contact with Liz attentive and discreet. What a pleasure to lie on a sunbed, a little before dawn to admire the starry sky, listen in the distance to the biting of the birds, then take your breakfast on the terrace under the first rays of sun, lulled by a gentle breeze. I highly recommend this beautiful performance.

Solange is very nice and friendly. the mobile homes are arranged so as not to have anyone opposite and are spaced apart from each other. That's great. We had a pleasant stay. I recommend it.
