We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

Activities: Soccerpark, medieval Freinsheim, spa town of Bad Dürkheim, Hambach Castle and much more.

The apartment is located in the heart of Weisenheim am Berg. From here you are directly in the vineyards or walk within 10 minutes to the Palatinate Forest. You drown in a restaurant within walking distance. The apartment is located on the grounds of an old winery. When you step out of the apartment, you are right in the large courtyard, which is occupied in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. There is a celebration outside in summer. So it can also get louder.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. Various opportunities to taste the Rhinehessian and Palatinate wines pleasantly round off your vacation days.

Our apartment is centrally located in the green city surrounded by vineyards, above our shop "Das Stoffatelier," directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone. From here you can easily explore the area. By car, bike or public transport you can quickly get to the next wine village. Due to the central location on the pedestrian zone, you can quickly reach various shops and localities on foot. Tourist information is about 100 meters away.

Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.
