The stay was Amazing and Relaxing. I loved the everything was close by . Place was better than expected . Pool was refreshing . Perfect spot for the summer. Ryan's communication went smooth.

Perfect space for my wife and I and our small dog. fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to do her business. Beautiful interior, everything you need. Very comfortable bed and sectional. Never felt unsafe in the neighborhood or anything. Easy drive to restaurants and casinos if you wish. Highly recommend this property!

Analia's place was perfect for our trip! The space had room for us to park our vehicles and trailer, and was close to a park with water access. While we spent most of our time out on the water, we did enjoy the patio for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening.

Beautiful home ! Lots of space. Feels like home. Host was super responsive, left clear instructions even left recommendations on places to go and activities to do! Overall great experience!

Absolutely loved this perfect little spot. Without a doubt I will be back to stay here. Decided to add an additional night and it couldn’t have been easier. Grateful for Kevin and his little cottage.

My family and I stayed about eight days, Bill was extremely accommodating. Gave us ample time for a late check out. Although a bit dated, the home is beautiful, spacious, and homie. only downside was the pool was not cleaned, and the grill was completely filthy, but with a little bit of love to the grill and a phone call to Bill who had a pool guy rush over to get it cleaned up. it was all good. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Bullhead was our midway point between Las Vegas in the Grand Canyon and it was absolutely worth it. Thank you so much Bill.

We came to Ryans house to find serenity and find some healing from a recent loss in our family. I cannot say enough about the sunrises and sunsets on the river. This is a perfect place to rest and commune with the river. The swimming pool and hot tub on the deck leading to the floating dock was heaven to just float in while hearing the river just down the hill and being warmer =) The master overlooking the river meant every hour was in view of it. This place also can support quite a few people with a total of 4 bedrooms meaning it would be perfect for friends or families to connect with each other. And if quiet serenity is not what your after - Ryan shared discounts to rent water crafts of all types and you could tie them right to the floating doc for the house. It really has everything you need - Door Dash is loaded with great options and a large Smiths grocery store is very close. I highly recommend this incredible healing house. We will definitely be back!!!

Ella is a fantastic host! She is very helpful and responsive. The home is exactly as described. In person it is better than described!! I highly recommend this home.

Mark was very nice. He called before check-in went over everything. It was refreshing and not stressful at all. The place was perfect for my family and I. The river being your backyard is a dream. Home is Lovely and owners are more! My family and I Loved the stay we enjoyed it so much like our own home. Cris is very responsive and is very nice. SUPER clean!!! Spotless! I tried my best to leave it as we checked In. My sons 5th bday was very memorable and He was very greatful for the home, he keep on telling me mommy I love You thank you for bringing me here!!! lol BTW is Super close to EVERYTHING!!!! House was in a great location. Everything was close by. I would say if you are traveling with a crowd that likes to be loud , I would just be vigilant about the quiet time, but overall everything was great. We had a good time !

We stayed here for a wrestling tournament. We enjoyed using the pickle ball court and pool, which is a walk across the street. The place was quiet and comfortable. We prepared all our meals there and kitchen had everything we needed. If we had any issues Corey was able to assist immediately. We are planning to go back, hopefully this place is available to stay again.
