The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Great house with brilliant outdoor space, was more than big enough for our group of 7. Peaceful quiet neighbourhood, really easy to get the tram into the city, and Loic was very easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

A very nice little accommodation in which we spent three quiet nights with our dog. It is very inclusive since dogs are accepted (you just have to know that they are forbidden to do their business in the garden and to climb on the sofa or on the bed) and accessible to people with reduced mobility. Very clean, functional, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with the hot tub as a bonus. With the beach 30 min drive and a small forest 5 min walk to walk the dogs. In addition, Priscille and Sébastien are very responsive to messages and very friendly. We recommend it!

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best – after the promenade you stand directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that attention to detail is paid here. The personal greeting by our host, who welcomed us warmly and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region, was particularly nice. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organized by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. Clear recommendation for those looking for relaxation, proximity to the sea and personal service!

Wonderful stay with very friendly hosts!

We had a GREAT time at Jacques and Christine's ❤ Their human and warm welcome immediately made us feel comfortable. A big thank you to them! The accommodation is clean and super functional. The garden is full of a thousand small corners to rest, play and bathe in peace. My teenage daughter and I especially enjoyed the hammocks on the terrace overlooking the lush vegetation 😊 In the heights of the city, the climb is well worth the calm that is found when returning "home".

Céline and her husband were lovely people. Very responsive as needed! The peace of this place and the pool are really good for getting away. The bed was very comfortable, the house stayed cool while I had a week at 30 degrees ☀️ I'd be happy to go back. 👍🏼

Great home perfect for a family. The layout and decor are tasteful. Very well equipped apartment. The place as such is not of interest but if it's just to stay, no problem! No problem, the terrace and garden overlook a stone wall.

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the property. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded kindly and quickly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a toddler. You can also quickly get to shopping and Montpellier from the property by car (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would love to come again. Thank you for the wonderful time!

An absolutely fantastic stay! The place was perfect – very clean, with a hot tub, nice bathroom, cozy bed and well-equipped kitchen. The location in Pérols is ideal – quiet, charming and at the same time close to Montpellier and the beach. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and even lent us bicycles.

Fabulous accommodation, extremely well equipped and with great bedding! Everything was impeccable. Fabien was perfect, very welcoming, available, responsive with lots of helpful tips... in short, a high-quality host and accommodation. We had a great weekend and will be happy to go back! We had a great time as a couple in this waterfront apartment. The view is beautiful, the location perfect: everything is on foot, whether for beautiful walks, going to the beach or enjoying the city center. The garage is a real plus, especially in an area where it's complicated (and often expensive) to park. We were able to leave the car and fully enjoy the stay on foot. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, everything well organized. Thierry is very nice and available, even if we didn't need to contact him, because everything was perfect. We recommend it without a second thought and we'll be happy to come back!

The accommodation is in a great location if you have a vehicle and want to visit the area. Located on a quiet street, Montpellier city center and the seaside are easily and quickly accessible. The listing was consistent with the photos and description. Angelique was very kind and anticipated our requests by giving us the information for the arrival.

A little piece of heaven! Big favorite for me, atypical and warm decor, beautiful exterior, what you need on site for children. Location close to beaches, tourist towns... Patricia is adorable. Stephanie's play was perfect. We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room, comfy furniture, great kitchen with everything you'd need and a walkable neighborhood close to many sites and restaurants and markets nearby. We would highly recommend staying here.
