We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

The area is absolutely quiet, we have no neighbors, and the only sounds you will hear are crickets, the sound of the forest and birds singing. The manor house has an area of about 230m2 and is located on a huge plot with walking areas and a gorge. The building has 4 rooms with private bathrooms with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living room with an area of 76m2, a height of over 4.5m and 11 large windows overlooking the forest and fields.

The picturesque, nearly 100-year-old cottage is located in the beautiful forests of Lipsko Polesie, in Roztocze (between Zamość and Krasnobród). The cottage stands on a half-hectare, fenced, densely wooded plot. The asphalt and civilization are 2 km away by forest road. This is a place for an urban detox!
