The apartment building was opened in autumn 2020. It is considered the most prestigious residential building in Lublin. Free parking is available to guests in the underground parking lot, gym, SPA area, sauna, pool and hot tub.

Ogrodowa is a place with a soul and an interesting history, full of old trees, historic tenement houses, and modernist villas. Planted with shrubs and flowers that bloom from April to October. Here, unique places to visit are within walking distance.
