First Time In Vegas And Omg Absolutely Was An Amazing Stay Love The Location And Every Time I Messaged Marco & Gabriela About Anything They Responded And Answered All Questions Will Definitely Be Visiting Again

Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

I had an amazing stay! The amenities were great; I went to the pool almost everyday really easy to access and great space. The home was lovely; comfortable beds, beautiful balcony, and extremely silent despite being in a communal atmosphere. What sold me was the 5 minute drive to the strip, Walgreens right around the corner along with chick fil a and a Dennys. The host was extremely helpful, responsive and really attentive as far as things regarding the home. Would love to return here again when I make my next trip to Las Vegas!

Nelson’s place was the perfect stop for us after many days of adventures in Zion & Bryce — we got in around 8:00pm and were able to wash our clothes before our flight the next morning. Super comfortable and clean. Nelson was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Quiet, safe neighborhood that’s a great spot for the airport and Fremont Street.

This is a wonderful nested spot in the Palms, and believe me, compared to newer Casinos like Park MGM, this spot is the clear winner. It was very cozy and the aesthetics inside the place are modern, luxurious and beautiful. Highly highly recommend!

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Pools are nice and overall condo was good! However the location is a bit further from the Strip than what we expected. Ed was very friendly and responsive, thank you Ed!

Second time staying here and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first. Very beautiful place to stay , with a chill vibe and a very friendly helpful host. 0 complaints! Being able to come back to a place as nice as this after a day out in Vegas is truly a treat!

Beautiful place! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a spacious shared bathroom that is very nice. There are instructions in the kitchen that are a bit outdated, but we just followed what was told in the Airbnb app and we’re good. Would absolutely come back.

We had an amazing time staying at this house just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip! The location was super convenient—close enough to all the action but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood so we could relax after a night out. The house itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Our host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. Allowing us to check-in a couple hours earlier. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Vegas, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place was wonderful to stay at. It was close to everything and so convenient. Marie was very helpful and responsive. They answered any and all of my questions while staying there. Everything was communicated clearly & as far as instructions. Parking was probably the only thing that wasn’t the greatest but you should make sure to take some change to tip your valet well and they’ll take care of your car for sure.

One of the great things about this booking was the communications with Luis. He is very responsive and made sure that throughout our stay everything was okay.

Terrific location, and nice to have the additional amenities for making snacks, storing food etc. Very convenient for MGM Grand amenities, was glad to be in tower 1. One minor issue that Royce quickly addressed, very happy with experience.

We had a great time and felt super fancy. Great views of the strip, though I’d recommend taking Uber/Lyft as you have to cross under the interstate. The room was swanky and the bed was comfortable and everything was squeaky clean. We would stay again!

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. Sherman’s place was clean, cozy, and roomy for our group of 3 + 1 pet. Unit looked just like the pictures. Community was quiet, safe, and conveniently close to the strip. We appreciated the 24/7 security, abundant free parking, central AC, and grassy areas for dogs. Sherman was also kind, flexible, and responsive as a host!

I loved the location of the room and would be interested in staying again!
