It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

Comfortable room right by a gorgeous beach and walking distance to cafes, food, and other amenities. Eugenio was friendly and responsive. Getting in was a little complicated, but when we took the time to follow Eugenio’s instructions it all made sense. The apartment could be better stocked (kitchen items, in particular, and maybe another blanket…) and with higher quality supplies - but we had what we needed and supplemented from the local Walgreens and grocery stores. It was a nice space to come home to each evening, and great to have a designated parking spot and token laundry in the building. The room was well worth the price and we would consider renting there again. Thanks Eugenio!

Ana was amazing. She was super responsive and very helpful throughout the whole trip. Stayed for a long weekend with my boyfriend and it was great! The location is amazing and everything is walking distance. Just like the photos, if not better! I stayed at one of Beatrice’s other units in this exact location, so I did not hesitate to stay here. If you want easy beach access, beautiful beach views from the balcony, or a quick drive to Old San Juan, this unit is where you want to stay. Highly recommend, and I will be returning to this unit in the future when visiting!

The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . We appreciated that this property is within walking distance of the beach (I recommend Numero Uno Beach Club!) and a grocery store; it was also a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. Francheska was quick to respond and ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.
