This was an awesome place to stay at. Our host was very responsive and was very accommodating to our schedule. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was not only super clean but also adorably cute with all the little details that made it feel like home. It was super kid-friendly, which was a total win for our little family. The location? Perfect! Close to everything we wanted to see/do, yet still quiet and peaceful. If you're looking for a cozy, convenient spot that’s perfect for families, this place is a total gem! Also, Adrienne kept us updated throughout the power outage, and thanks to the property's generator, I didn’t even noticed it happened.

Kyle's place is great. you feel at home there. Location is great . It's in a residential area. Kyle and his wife were very accommodating. The apartment is upstairs from theirs. supermarket is next door. It's easy to get . There is security in the housing development 24/7 so you will always feel safe !! The beds are extremely comfortable, pillows are amazing ! ! The only mild issue I had was the couch is a bit stained and dirty. I just through a sheet over it. The ocean is a 4 minute walk away . I'll return to Kyle's place again next time we go

The Airbnb was in the perfect location for a fun week in PR! Everything we wanted to do was within a 10 minute uber and the walkable beach access was amazing! Would definitely come back!

This is an absolutely unique place to stay; very comfy and very well-equipped. You are close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants and driving a car, you are super close to all of San Juan. Jose was extremely responsive and sent over a lot of recommendations and helpful information beforehand. I absolutely loved staying in the bus and would go back anytime!

Beautiful room and bathroom perfect for a couple, had a tv, no stove but a little stove which worked great for simple dinners, it was kinda of far from everything (15-10 mins max ) quiet peaceful

Susan was such a wonderful host. Her place is exactly as described, she put a lot of detail into what was in the Airbnb both aesthetically and functionally. Small touches such as, chargers, waters, extra blankets, sunscreen, hair dryer, etc. She is extremely helpful with local recommendations. Her place is within walking distance to a beach to swim and tan. She is such a sweet and nice woman and I had a pleasure to meet her. Thank you Susan!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from a beautiful beach and walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and a very convenient supermarket. Irina was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’d love to stay here again!

We loved this little space we got. It was perfect for us right by the beach drive and near everything. The jacuzzi was great and clean. Carlos cleans and changes the water regularly which I appreciate. We appreciated having parking and felt safe in a gated community. Carlos was welcoming and I would book him again if I return to PR ❤️ thank you Carlos you made our vacay a breeze

I definitely will stay here again. It was private and very respected. No ruckus or negative energy around there. It was a little tedious to get into the apartment only because you have to use keys a whole lot for all doors and elevator. Other than that, this location has private parking which is perfect if you’re renting a car. I have no complaints about the apartment itself. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. Thank you for the stay!

Absolutely LOVED Maitee’s penthouse! This was the most perfect Airbnb. The view was stunning, the penthouse was extremely spacious & clean. We were four women traveling alone and felt very safe arriving at night, the apartment building is very secure. The space was so open and bright, we loved it. Maitee’s attention to detail and thoughtful gestures (a birthday sign to welcome me, beach towels, sunscreen, everything you need, was there !) I will definitely be back. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Definitely recommend

I can't speak highly enough about my stay here. Owners were helpful and responsive at all times.The apartment was spotless and matched the description accurately.I stayed in Condado before and was delighted to see I could walk their easily. I felt safe at all times, even at night time. Loads of great restaurants and bars around Caille Loiza also. Beach was minutes away, with 2 stand out eateries on the way.I read reviews before I booked about noise levels, I stayed there 9 nights and never had any problems until very late on the last night, the next door neighbours decided to show a lack of respect shouting loud and laughing on their balcony. Hardly the owners fault, just human beings being disrespectful next door. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I would have no hesitation staying here again. It did "exactly what it said on the tin" and a good value for money stay. The only thing I would recommend for the owners is to invest in an Ironing board!! This gets a big 👍

Great location, great host, all in all very pleasurable stay. The unit is clean and well stocked with everything you may need like beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and beach cart! Will certainly stay again!

A wonderful place for my two daughters and I. Everything was very clean upon arrival. There was quite a bit of street noise occasionally but it was not bothersome. Nothing to do about that other than walk to the beautiful beach that is right out the back gate. The whole team responded very quickly and answered any questions I had. Overall I would definitely recommend to stay here and would love to come back at some point.

Mayra’s home was STUNNING. I could not believe my eyes upon entering. The pictures don’t do enough justice! I will stay here every time I’m in Puerto Rico. Mayra was helpful and responsive! 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient—within walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Fernando made sure everything was well maintained. The moment we walked in, the space smelled amazing and was spotless. The blankets and towels were fresh and clean, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Fernando was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in while visiting Condado—and I come every year to visit family. I would absolutely book again. The building also has a good-sized pool, which was a great bonus. The apartment felt like home and had all the essentials. I was even able to pick up some groceries and make breakfast thanks to the well-stocked kitchen with pans and utensils. Gracias, Fernando, por todo. Espero regresar pronto. ¡Bendiciones! 🙏🏼
