There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We stayed there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is nice for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to come to this corner with a dog - or children, because the cellar is full of children's toys - you're in the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for having us in your home.

There were 12 of us in the house, couples with children, and whatever I say would fall short. The house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we thought it was amazing and we will definitely be back!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

Jesus is very helpful and friendly, we loved the place, big front room with dining, nice balcony, plus a power shower, kitchen has everything needed. less than 15 minutes to the lovely big beach and restaurants, very nice area.

Perfect house with everything you need and the porch and garden of 10. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. The location between the beaches and the village on a very quiet street in front of the golf course makes it an ideal place to disconnect. The enclosure is totally fenced so it was perfect to have the dog loose and enjoy it as much as we do. The owner has been attentive from the first moment. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.

Charming, cozy, very clean house with everything you need for everyday life, incredible views, perfect for disconnecting and sharing with family and friends! We were with my dog and he had a lot of fun in the garden and the beach! We will definitely be back because it was great!

We really liked the place. We went with our baby and they provided us with a crib as well. Everything was very clean and with new furniture. The heating worked great. As for the parking space, behind the house there is a parking lot. And finally, I'd like to mention that Carmen's husband welcomed us and was very kind and flexible with the departure.

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

Nagore and her Husband were fantastic. The place was beautiful and very clean, located in the Spanish hills, it was the perfect place to stay. Very relaxing environment. Very cozy apartment, bright and amazing views, you wake up to the noise of the river. The village has a lot of charm and the surroundings are spectacular. We loved everything. The apartment perfectly corresponds to the photos and everything is super clean and equipped. Raúl and Belén's attention magnificent. Totally recommended. We'll try to come back

The house is lovely and Antonio is an incredibly helpful host giving us lots of information. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great for us so the views weren't as beautiful as the pictures. I would say if you're looking for peace and quiet the house is perfect, but to do things other than hiking, you will need to do a fair bit of driving.

it is a great place with lots of privacy and a sublime view. The area was also beautiful everywhere. The WiFi in the cottage was super stable. The nearest village of Selaya is about 25 minutes drive on a beautiful road. It has plenty of shops for normal groceries. Even a separate bakery with delicious bread. If we get the chance, we would definitely go there again.

The stay at Teresa's was a great experience all around. The accommodation is very nicely decorated and superbly equipped, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The view from the accommodation is impressive. The area is quiet and you have your privacy. There are many opportunities to do something in the area and Teresa gave us valuable tips. We will be happy to come back!

The stay at Ana's house was great. The apartment is renovated and they take care of all the details. They leave you some details such as coffee for breakfast, sugar, oil, juices, croissants... even some cookies for the dog. Very comfortable beds, with two types of pillows, hard and soft, so you can choose. Overall everything was great. The only thing to highlight a little worse is the portal where the house is located, it is very old and very dirty.

Despite the fact that I cut my stay short the time I spent there was wonderful. The apartment was so cosy and had everything I needed, there was even tea bags and coffee provided. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I did not know anyone in the area and they made me feel like family. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable and very clean house, in a very quiet area and with quick access to the highway, hypermarket beaches and the center of the town. Pets allowed, the apartment has a very nice patio for recreation. Highly recommended. Carmen is very attentive and kind. She left us a magnificent surprise upon arrival, which was a delight. Cantabrian delicacy. A magnificent 5-star experience
