We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

The Palmer House is located on the historic Oxford Horse Ranch that was established in 1887. The old log house is remodeled in a Victorian style. Luxurious accommodations nestled outside of town on a 3,600 acre privately owned, working cattle ranch. Come enjoy the ranch life style viewing cattle, horses, and the 150 foot barn. This national registered historic landmark boasts a wonderful piece of Wyoming History. Bring your horse and sense of western adventure for an experience of a lifetime.

Basement suite in historic downtown house

This basement suite has a true western flair with antiques and fun amenities. It has a queen bed and a very large comfy leather sectional couch. Three blocks from the university and three blocks from historic downtown Laramie. We are right on the parade route during Jubilee days and UW homecoming. Pups are expected to be kept on leash on common grounds, and taken to alley to potty.

The Little Lodge

Relax with the family at this peaceful Studio home. We are settled about 5 miles from the University of Wyoming. A spacious property next to the Rifle Range and plenty of parking to park your trailer for Snow mobile or hunting season. There are dogs, cats and chickens on the property that run around. The dogs watch and protect the chickens. Please be cautious of their presence.
