The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

A place like this is not often encountered on Airbnb. A log cabin over 130 years old in the heritage landscape of Suvio takes its residents on a time trip to a 19th-century hut village. The property is best suited for a lover of Lapland's nature, history, and silence, who is not afraid of the dark in winter and no mosquitoes in the summer. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Located in a quiet outer district! Use of the private sauna is possible between 4 pm and 8 pm. Cost: 20 euros in cash or MobilePay per sauna session! Bath towels are ready in the sauna, you would have to bring your own shower shampoo! Report 2 hours in advance so I can prepare the sauna. Thanks! You can use the hot tub during your stay. For lighting with wood, to the desired temperature, you need about 6-8 hours. Cost: 40 euros for water and wood!

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
