The pictures provided look’s just as good in person, very homey vibe, and doesn’t smell bad at all. Ronell communicated very well and didn’t give me a hard time, also sent me a list of food recommendations which were very helpful. Just be mindful because I’m pretty sure he stays under the 2 bedroom. (Definitely would book again) .

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

Super clean, nicely appointed attached guest house, recently remodeled, in great Uptown location. Neelis was always easy to reach.

Don was by far one of the best hosts we have ever had. He brought us a case a water just to make sure we could carry waters with us when we went out for the day. He responded so quickly and gave so many local recommendations to help with planning. The check out was so nice and relaxed in comparison to the laundry list of instructions you normally receive. We had a great stay and will check for availability with Don before booking our next stay.

Really nice and quiet location within walking distance to a lot of amazing shops and restaurants on Magazine street. Great parking situation, clean apartment with a lot of fun NOLA flair. Had a pleasant and easy stay, never felt uncomfortable or that the space was lacking in any way.

House was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Loved the back deck on the water even when it rained it was nice just sitting and watching. Just wish we were there more than we were to enjoy the house and deck fully. Would definitely stay again if we are this way.

This home was perfect for my family of 6. It had all the little details that make it feel homey. My kids loved the snacks & cereal. Beds were clean & comfy. The only improvement I would make is having black out curtains. My kids were awake at 6 am because they said it was too bright to sleep. (There are blinds and sheer curtains, we are just spoiled to sleeping in very dark rooms). We will stay here again!

First of all, Carlton was a great host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the property or area. Very warm and inviting. 10/10 As for the home, it was great as well. Very spacious and clean. Both were big bonuses for four guys traveling for work. The kitchen had everything we needed to not have to go out to eat every night. The grill on the patio was a huge plus. The backyard was private and great for enjoying the evenings. Best part is on the other side of the back fence was a golf course. Big win. Located in a nice/safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The space was nice and clean. Plenty of clean towels and I also liked the washer and dryer. Very nice neighbors as well. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next visit.

Awesome neighborhood with lots of great food/drink options. Extremely walkable to all popular locations. Loved the high ceilings inside as well as the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area. Very attentive host.

We had a wonderful girl's trip at this property. It's close enough to drive to Bourbon Street and surrounding areas without having to stay in the "noisy" part of the city.

Our stay at this house was nearly perfect! The location was excellent, and the entire place was spotless upon arrival. However, it's worth noting that the house isn't truly a 5-bedroom as advertised. The upstairs is a bit unconventional, with one bed located in the living room area and another 'bedroom' essentially inside another room . Which doesn't offer much in the way of privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but future guests should be aware of the bedroom layout.

Highly recommend for any trip to NOLA. Walkable to the French Quarter and quiet at night. Very clean inside, beautiful decorations, nice appliances, and comfy beds. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brad’s place. The location was great. Just a couple of blocks from the French Quarter and a lot less hectic. Right on the street car line which was handy. The place is very comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to relax and feel at home at the end of a long day.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Brad and his team were helpful and quick to respond; all instructions were very clear. The unit was spotless and cozy, and the complex was modern and peaceful. I can't say enough about the neighborhood. It was very pleasant and the people were friendly and welcoming. It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.
