Vacation rentals with a patio in LaPlace

Had a great stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. Super cute and cozy area and very quant little town nearby. James was awesome — super welcoming and even stocked the fridge with drinks and kept some snacks out for us. Would definitely stay again!

The place was amazing!! I got married in New Orleans and stayed here and we arrived with a beautiful card and a little present from the host! The host was so responsive and personable definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I have had and was a huge part of our special weekend!

I loved staying here!! The layout was perfect and there was just enough space where it was comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and we didn’t have problems with anything.

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

The accommodations were great, and the hosts were even better. All were incredibly responsive and welcoming -- they improved on an already great trip to New Orleans, and we'd absolutely love to stay at another place of theirs. The condo/house was a perfect match for what we needed. It was clean, simple and able to easily accommodate our group of five. The kitchen is well appointed, and the rooms are perfectly suited for a good night's rest. Other commentators have mentioned noise outside the building -- the house is located on a fairly busy street, but no one lost any sleep over it. Parking was never an issue, and we were able to easily navigate the city from the place. Traffic was never an issue. Good location, with grocery stores just down the street and restaurants/coffee shops nearby. When we didn't want to stray far, we stopped by Barracuda Tacos, Frankie and Johnny's, and Cherry Coffee. All great places -- some of what looked like a lot of good ones in the neighborhood.

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) Highly recommend. Thanks for everything!

First I'd like to offer a special thanks to Brenna and Nick for accommodating our request to check-in early. They are very responsive and kind hosts. The home was just as described and as depicted in the photos. The location was excellent, in a very picturesque part of NOLA, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again during our next visit to NOLA.

Really enjoyed our SECOND stay at this quaint home. We returned from 5 months ago because of the kindness and hosting skills of Linda. She is a joy and we went shopping at her floral store walking distance from her home. She is thoughtful, considerate in all areas of hospitality. She is a guests favorite for this reason. We will return as a regular. I recommend a stay here to visit New Orleans or to get away from it all and enjoy local Louisiana cuisine. Kindest regards, Burt Huete

Absolutely loved this stay, it was an absolute beautiful home with a beautiful location. There was so much to do that you’ll never be bored. Very clean and tidy! It’s ever BETTER than the photos. We will definitely be back. This has been my favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at.

Owen’s place was the perfect location for our weekend conference. The house is thoughtfully arranged with a warm and welcoming aesthetic. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and fully equipped. The backyard and covered outdoor space were definitely a plus as well. The house also has a laundry room and a sitting room. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe.

Davon’s place was perfect for my family vacation! The location is great we were able to take day trips to new orleans and baton rouge! There were lots of great restaurants just minutes away from the home! There was a neighborhood power outage and Davon let us know right away and kept us updated throughout the day and when it was turned on while we were out! His communication was outstanding and much appreciated! I highly recommend a stay at Davon’s house when i come back to the area I would surely stay here again!

I was in town for a family event, and staying here was a great experience. the inside was really nice! It was a 10 min drive from the superdome, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would stay here again when in town.

First of all, Carlton was a great host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the property or area. Very warm and inviting. 10/10 As for the home, it was great as well. Very spacious and clean. Both were big bonuses for four guys traveling for work. The kitchen had everything we needed to not have to go out to eat every night. The grill on the patio was a huge plus. The backyard was private and great for enjoying the evenings. Best part is on the other side of the back fence was a golf course. Big win. Located in a nice/safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed from a Monday evening until Friday morning. Everything was wonderful! It looks just like the pictures in the listing. Our only "issues," though it wasn't a huge deal, was that the garage was not available to use like it says in the listing, the light switch/dial in the dining room does not work, and the shower in 2nd bathroom in the hallway has the Hot and Cold side labeled backwards. So when you have it on "H" you're actually running just cold water 😅 Otherwise, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely consider coming back!

Corey’s place offers great value for money . It’s located in a quiet street but close enough to restaurants, shopping centers and other local gems. We spent 4 nights in Gonzales and felt right at home. We will stay here again

Everything met our needs. The location was advertised as 10 minute drive to French Quarter. It’s 1.4 miles. Which is much closer that I imagined. Quiet area after a long night in the Quarter.

Great communication Ashley called about ac issues problem was fixed .Location is great for LSU visits for parents and games. Food and stores were close by

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again for future trips, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional Airbnb experience.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Brad and his team were helpful and quick to respond; all instructions were very clear. The unit was spotless and cozy, and the complex was modern and peaceful. I can't say enough about the neighborhood. It was very pleasant and the people were friendly and welcoming. It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.
