Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Anna's house view really has nothing to say, waking up every day to see the blue sea and the greenery in the yard is a great mood.Unfortunately, my son was hospitalized a few days before staying here, so I couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna helped a lot with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw of this house for me is that the two rooms mentioned in the description have no windows, but it's okay because there is air conditioning.Fortunately, the kitchen has a separate door. For those who love to cook, the fumes can go directly out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, very suitable for families with babies to take to the beach, it is not particularly busy, but it is a very beautiful area.

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The flat was very nice—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

We enjoyed Casa Alma very much. Barbara is a friendly and warm host. The house is small but nice. It has everything you need and we felt comfortable right away. The large terrace is fantastic. The direct access to the beach is awesome. Especially with children, the proximity to the beach is a great advantage. Everything else you need (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, ice cream shop, etc.) is also within walking distance.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the host's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our unsterilized male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate, which led to some effort. However, after consultation with the host, a solution was found.

We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furniture is well-finished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! Gianni's accommodation is in a great location, we loved being so close to the beach, and at this time of year it was very quiet. The surrounding nature is spectacular with beautiful unspoiled beaches and magnificent mountains and cliffs. I highly recommend this place for its location and tranquility!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Antonella and Alessandro were always friendly and helpful. The apartment is practical and modern and the kitchen lacked nothing, even for the grill there were grill utensils. The beds were comfortable, the house is great for 2 adults and possibly 1-2 children. The garden and garden furniture are beautiful. The view of the bays is priceless. Depending on the wind, you could hear music from a larger hotel in the bay - too bad, but that has probably been increasing in Sardinia in recent years. The additional beach utensils (beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs) were great! You can walk to a small beautiful house beach. We also walked to Cala Porta Giunico and to Punta Molentis... here the path is the destination. In Villasimius, you could easily rent bicycles and explore the wider area. We'd be happy to come back or recommend this place.

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

A lovely cottage with a great terrace and "EXCELLENT" amenities. Listing the individual amenities would be too much here, we can only say that it is above average, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. To the beach it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. A good pizzeria and a beach restaurant can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to thank you again for the good care and information!

Beautiful place: Entire floor of a very large house ideally located on the edge of the beach. Very well equipped, very functional for a group of friends I highly recommend it.
