The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. Rosslyn is a 19th century Cottage in a beautiful Hamlet in Lansallos situated between Polperro and Polruan. The property is ideal for a family of 4 as it has two bedrooms one with a King size bed and the other adjoining room has two single beds, there is a modern Bathroom with a walk in shower, w/c and wash basin. The Cottage has some traditional features including a log burner (with the first nights wood provided). We are dog friendly and welcome two well behaved dogs in the property.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
