Modern seaside cottage in Vesterålen with Hot tub!

Modern cottage with three bedrooms and great location in many ways. The cabin was newly built in 2020, has brand new furniture, interiors and equipment. PS wood-burning stove in living room is out of use. On the terrace there is a hot water hot tub ready to be enjoyed 24/7 all year round! The cottage is located in the small village of Spjutvik 23 kilometers from Sortland. This is an idyllic and quiet place, yet it is a short distance to the small town of Sortland where you will find most of the facilities a city should have.

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture, and restaurants and eating places. You'll love my place because in the middle of the region Vesterålen, Lofoten and Harstad,, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and peaceful area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.
