Quiet and tranquil and set in a lovely garden, lots of birds, greenery and space. Secure and enclosed half acre garden amidst padi fields. We have cats and chickens. Perfect for nature lovers. Please be aware it is a 12-15 minute walk from the beach and busy Pantai Cenang. The house has 2 double bedrooms with air con and fans and a large sofabed in the living area with both fan and Air con. Fibre WiFi. Everything you need is provided to make your stay relaxing, easy and comfortable.

Anis's was amazing exactly what we wanted from the place and some. Beautiful views, and sounds of local wildlife. Anis and her husband were very proactive and helpful, they even took us to the airport as the was Lima 25 which the annual airshow. Lots to do Langkawi with beautiful beaches, Mangroves tour and Skybridge a must. The duty-free was a bit underwhelming for us apart from that we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Anis's place.

Great place to stay. The house is simple and clean. Easy access to restaurant and located 5 min from Cenang beach. The host is super friendly. Side note: Langkawi is a very humid and hot, it would be great to have mini fan when go out. Also get insect repellent since most place have a lot of mosquito.

We spend three days at Halcyon in the last week of April 2025. The stay is situated in a picturesque valley surrounded by paddy fields. The highlight of our stay at Halcyon was the greater than normal degree of hospitality showcased by both the host couple and their on-site managers. Breakfast was provided each morning, with a choice between local staples like nasi lemak and mee goreng. The hosts also went out of their way to procure us a sampling of various local sweets (there were different ones each day) in addition to the advertised breakfast, which we really appreciated. They gave us good personalised recommendations of things to do while in Langkawi.They make renting scooters - to get around the island - very convenient, since they have them available on the property. Thank you for the wonderful time we had, we wish you the very best and hope to see you all again very soon. :)
