The house is furnished with kitchen-living room with dining areas and sofa arrangement on the ground floor and TV and living room in the basement. On the first floor there are two rooms. Suitable for two (close) families with children or families traveling several generations together. The townhouse is just up the city park and a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, supermarkets and the harbor.

In addition, there is a large living room/kitchen living room as well as pool and spa department. The first floor consists of a smaller repos and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We reserve the right to collect deposit.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.
