Hobby Farm Apartment

A peaceful setting 1 mile out of the town of Junction City (known for it’s annual Scandinavian Festival) and just 9 miles north of Eugene. You will be staying on a 2 1/2 acre hobby farm with chickens, goats, orchard, and grape arbor. The one bedroom guest house off the shop (used mostly for storage) is aprox 700 square feet with a living room, large bedroom, full kitchen with range, refrigerator, pantry, and bath. Guests have access of the property and a designated picnic table and yard.

One bus (#28) will get you to the University of Oregon, downtown and back. Our property is adjacent to a wetlands area and is in turn quiet and deer and wild turkeys roam the 'hood. Welcome!

We're centrally located making it convenient to reach many desirable destinations from the coast to the high desert and everything in between. Downtown Eugene and The University of Oregon campus is within 30 minutes. It's an ideal spot for a weekend getaway or an extended stay for business trips.

Our property is nestled in the woods, just far enough off the highway that all you can hear is the sound of gentle rushing water. We offer guided rafting trips, mountain bike rentals and shuttles and more.
