This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. This is one side of an updated duplex. You have full access to the home including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each with queen size beds!
