Newly renovated cottage 1 km from the main beach. Drinking water, electricity, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, seating in front of the cottage and by the fireplace. Downstairs, two sofa beds, upstairs one double bed and two beds, one of which is an extended size. The attic is accessed by a ladder, unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this romantic place near the popular Vranov Dam on the edge of the Podyjí National Park.

Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! The house is totaly unique. 3.13 x 3.23 m2, but 2 stocks - ground with bathroom - 1st floor kitchen and dininig room - 2nd floor bedroom (Queen size bed - big enough for two 180cmx160cm) and entry to balcony Here are some stairs in the house. Electrical heating in every room. Here is enough space only for two people.
