Apartment B No. 405 is located in the historical center of Mikulov, in the Pod Zámkem Residence. It offers a beautiful view of Mikulov Castle. It is a completely new, comfortably equipped apartment of about 37 square meters, including a bike storage (room in the hallway right next to the front door to the apartment). The undeniable advantage is private parking in the courtyard and a wine cellar, which is part of Building B of the Pod Zámkem Residence. The apartment is fully equipped, with accommodation for up to 5 people.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential part of the village, literally a few steps from nature and extensive vineyards. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips around the area – wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe and Kolby vineyards.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Newly renovated, fully furnished 1 + kitchenette apartment with a terrace, facing the courtyard, is located on the 1st floor of the house. It is accessible by stairs (there is no elevator). It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
