Guests have use of charming walled garden - perfect on sunny days for coffee or reading a book. The luxury guest suite is completely independent & private on its own lower floor of Bertrand's house. Guests are also welcome to use the sunny walled garden at the back of the house, very pleasant for reading a book with a drink or cup of tea. On arrival they receive a key to the house from Bertrand and are free to come and go as they wish throughout their stay. Queen's Park is a vibrant and fashionable West London neighbourhood. Breakfast on fresh-baked croissants at Gail's Bakery, sample wine and tasting plates at the Salusbury Wine Shop, and listen to local author readings at Queen's Park Books. Three minute walk to Queen's Park station for the Bakerloo line - five minutes to Paddington Station for Heathrow Express trains and just 15 minutes to Oxford Circus. Queen's Park Overground trains are 10 minutes to Euston Station near St Pancras for EuroStar trains. Nearby Brondesbury Park Overground trains go directly west to Westfield Shopping Centre, Kew Gardens and Richmond and east to Stratford, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Canary Wharf.

Sunny double room/balcony/shower/wc

Lovely sunny double bedroom, has its own shower/wc, and a balcony overlooking the private woods behind the house. It is close to Honor Oak Station with fast connections to Central London and Whitechapel. My guests share the kitchen and living rooms with myself and my small dog Charlie and I have wi fi and free view tv. There is a washing machine to use and you are very welcome to cook if you wish. It is very peaceful here and there is a great view over London too but it is also very easy to get into Central London. There are some good local restaurants as well. I like all of my guests to feel really relaxed here and you are welcome to tea and coffee at any time. I enjoy helping guests finding their way around London and having lived here a long time can suggest places to go as well.

Our family home is in a quiet leafy part of London with good access to central London. Tooting Bec underground station is a 15 minute walk or 3 short hops on the bus (249 or 319) Travel from the station to London (Oxford Circus/Leicester Square) is approx 15-20 minutes. There is also a bus (319) from the house direct to Sloane Square/King’s Road (close to Harrods/Victoria Station). We are approx 50 minutes from Gatwick and 1.5 hours Heathrow airport (public transport). One hour by taxi.

Delux Double bedroom with private bathroom .

Double bedroom in a beautiful recently refurbished 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor, peaceful and quiet location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips.
