Monthly Rentals in Lamai Beach

Had a lovely stay at Amy Village for a month, nestled in an extremely convenient location in the heart of Lamai. A 7-eleven just around the corner, a supermarket, laundromat and petrol station just 3min away by foot, and many great food options all around, from the cheaper local stuff to the fancier Western-style cafe food. Plus only 10-15min walk to the beautiful Lamai beach. William and Roshani were great hosts with amazing responsiveness and communication, and they also cook up good meals at their cafe for those feeling too lazy to venture out on a hot day. The room was spacious and equipped with a big fridge and entire pantry area. There was also ample space to work in the room itself, but the coworking space was also initing and well-furnished. Definitely recommend for those looking for a mid-to-long-term work and travel stay in Samui.

We were there for a total of 3 weeks. I can recommend it to anyone. Top top top! Here you can take a vacation in peace, you have everything you need at your doorstep, 1 min walk away. Still very quiet, you don't notice any noise. Lie by the pool and enjoy the sun from morning to evening or walk 4 minutes to the beach. Go to the sauna or exercise first thing in the morning. Everything is possible here. We will be back! Best regards to Koh Samui!

No transportation needed. Everything is within walking distance including Night market, 7-Eleven, Lotus, the beach, money exchanges, restaurants, bars and tourist shops. The FAI restaurant is just a few steps away with good food, large servings and friendly prices. Despite being in the middle of all the action, the house is located on a quiet residential side street. The house has everything you need. I loved the bathroom design. The house has plenty of fans and air conditioning. You have your own private pool and patio to relax after a hectic day of sight seeing. Maya is your perfect host. You will be in good hands. She will answer your questions, provide insight and ensure a seamless experience. Really......What more can I say that hasn't already been said. The reviews speak for themselves.
