It was a really overwhelming place. Perfect holiday house environment. I’d reccom this place for natural beauty and quiet neighbourhood . Flexible with movements. Shops and restaurants are close to the place. Accommodations were top notch and cleaned up household.On top of everything friendly, welcoming and responsive host .

We stayed for over 5 weeks. This was an unique experience, the hospitality and care from the owner is unforgettable. He ensured our safety and security and he meant everything that was promised. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was home like. I am very happy as well as all our guests who have come by and some who stayed with us. Very pleased with all personal touch, care taker Mr. Monaf, was super helpful. We were connected with transportation service with ex-army, Mr. Nuruzzaman, who was super caring and a proper gentleman. It's an amazing house and we had the best time that words cannot begin to express. If you are looking for highly secure house with friendly people around, this is it. We are very greatfull to the owner for all his hard work and care while we stayed.

The team, led by Mr. Jabber, is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The villa is located in a highly secure and serene area, right next to the Sylhet Cantonment, ensuring a private and tranquil environment. Every bedroom is spacious and meticulously maintained, and the bathrooms are both modern and spotless. The master suite is particularly impressive—immense in size and beautifully decorated, providing a luxurious retreat. Fatema Villa is truly a place where you can unwind and feel like royalty with your loved ones.

Beautiful hut right in the middle of Mawlynnong.. very peaceful, clean overall a wonderful Experience.. If you are unable to reach Philip’s phone, his niece will be reachable.. They are all very friendly, warm and helpful.. we had a wonderful time at this place! totally worth the noney.. This place is for people who want to have the authentic hut experience.. who want to disconnect from the city hustle bustle and enjoy nature.. you may not have any amenities.. but still the calm n beautiful surroundings and people will help you relax and reset..
