Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.

This romantic & family friendly lakefront chalet comes with a private beach, hot tub, camp fire, and stunning views. It’s a serene home base to explore everything the Lakes Region has to offer. Mid Apr-Oct we also provide kayaks and paddle board. Enjoy the beach, swim, kayak, bike, fish, hike, or explore quintessential New England towns and food scene. Quaint 1 bedroom cottage w/views of Lake Winnipesaukee available year-round. Our deck is literally on Lake Winnipesaukee and a 3 minute walk from the cottage. Here you will be able to enjoy gorgeous views, participate in lake activities such as swimming off our dock, using our kayaks, diving board, etc. The public beach is steps away, along with restaurants, ice cream, water sport rentals, mini-golf & entertainment. Perfect for couples or small family & is pet friendly. Cottage has heat & AC.

Lovely cottage on Sunrise Lake, Middleton, NH.

A lovely lake-front cottage with a private beach on quaint Sunrise Lake! The house has a great view overlooking the water. Enjoy a beautiful morning view of the sun rising onto the lake with a cup of coffee or tea, grilling a tasty dinner on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit for dessert. We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.

Our lake house is nestled into the woods with direct access to Ossipee lake. “The Pancake House” combines the best of a campy camp with modern amenities. The mountain view from the lake is stunning! Our game room, lakefront recreation options and two additional living rooms will keep everyone relaxed and entertained with plenty of space to relax and unwind. We are centrally located to many outdoor activities.
