You'll have a full bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, shower & toilet ("Jack & Jill" style). Huge 2nd floor deck is shared but has 4 sitting areas. You will have a private entrance, keypad entry & plenty of free parking. Children not permitted. Owners live below. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults.
