Darby's Lake House Retreat

Beautiful, spacious house located on beautiful Lake St John, Louisiana. This is an entire house with a wonderful 56 x 14 foot screened in front porch. The sunsets are just amazing. This home features 3 bedrooms and two baths. There is a sectional in the living room that can easily sleep 2 plus a twin day bed. Two bedrooms have two queen size beds each and the 3rd bedroom has a king size bed. Outside there is a fabulous big charcoal grill. This retreat is so charming you will never want to leave!

Property is only 1/2 mile from the boat launch and The Duck’s Nest II. Boat trailer parking available. WIFI. This 2-bedroom 1 bath house sleeps 6-8 people. It has a king bed, bunk bed w/ a full bed on bottom, twin on top and trundle underneath, sleeper sofa and full murphy bed in sunroom. The shaded backyard and patio are the perfect spot to relax by the lake and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Enjoy fishing or swimming right off the pier. My place is close to Okissa Lake, Clearsprings Recreational area, city of Natchez, and the Natchez Trace.. it is only 2 1/2 hours from New Orleans, or less than 2 hours from Baton Rouge. You’ll love our place because the property is located in the middle of the Homochitto National Forest. It is secluded and quiet. No plane, train, or automobile noise.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Family room with pool table and ping pong. Large covered back porch over looking the lake. Large 2500 sq ft pier for fishing, sunbathing and slide. Gated back yard, dog friendly. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of games, beach towels, etc. Everything you would need at the lake.
