Come and spend sunny spring days in Sysmä! A secluded old farm with modern amenities! The nearest neighbor is 600 m away. Two bedrooms and sleeping arrangements for 6+1. The barn building has a modern sauna with two showers and an Aito stove. There is a hot tub on the terrace (not in use when the ground or lake is frozen). Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. Washing machine in the basement. 600 m to the beach, where there is a swimming area and a rowing boat.

Living area 110m2. 6-person hot tub, 2 air heat pumps, 2 fireplaces, spacious wood-heated beach sauna, 1 toilet and shower in the main cabin. Electric car charging for an additional fee. Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

10-minute drive to the center of Hämeenlinna, also easy to get there by public transport. The bed has two foam mattresses. The kitchenette has a small fridge, a microwave, and coffee and water kettles. Firewood is included in the price (for about two hours of sauna per booking day). Flexibility in check-in and checkout times, if the reservation situation allows. In addition, the possibility to book an outdoor hot tub for 40€/hour.
