Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from late May until early October. It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. Dolce Vita House

The apartment is located in a dominant position on Lake Maggiore and the ancient village of Belgirate, located within a residence of only eight units, one of the few solutions with a swimming pool in the surroundings (shared with a few and open from mid-June until the end of September). A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the lake and the town center, where you'll find all the main services: a mini market, cafés, restaurants, a laundry, a pharmacy, and a tobacco shop. Parking is available inside the residence.

Villa Monziani, an exclusive 17thC lakefront house, one of the oldest on the island in the middle of Lake Orta, recently completely modernised, offers a peaceful and romantic stay in beautiful and historic surroundings, with private boat (10HP - no license required) guarantees full flexibility & our mainland locked garage included. We have 2nd larger 40HP boat/8 seater and a 2nd covered space in same parking garage, both for an extra fee. If less days are required please ask, perhaps can help.

The dock of Villa Sardagna

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.
