You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

The apartment boasts a 180 degree view of the lake. It has a large double bedroom with views, functional kitchen with all mod cons, dining area and lounge with 4 seater sofa. The bathroom offers a hydrojet shower, washbasin wc and bidet. There is terrace leading off the kitchen with a table and chairs. This apartment also offers a roof terrace for sunbathing. There is air-conditioning at NO extra charge. Linen and towels are included.

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
